Comfortable and quiet.

We travel with a pet and the room access to the outdoors was excellent. The room was quiet and roomy.

The channel selection was sad. I realize not everyone is a responsible pet owner, but most are. I think a $75 pet deposit is okay, but a portion should be refundable if the room hasn't been damaged by the pet. We look at our pet as part of the family and take full responsibility for any damage they do. Are you going to charge a child fee to cover damage done by children? Or just add any cost for damage to the bill after they leave? Why don't you do the same for pets? I think it's just a way to raise the price of your rooms to generate more profits, which I consider unethical business practice. "A few bad apples spoil the rest."

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Some kids above us were running and making noise. I asked the staff to contact the people above us and they stopped.

I highly doubt the pool was “broken” two years in a row! I hate being lied to!

I like how convenient the location is to where my kids were playing in their soccer tournament.

I am so frustrated with this property. We have been coming to this same hotel for years for an annual soccer tournament for our kids. One of the main reasons we stay at this property is because of the pool. In years past the pool has been heated and been awesome, but the last two years we have come on the same weekend, the pool has supposedly been “broken” and therefore, not heated and ice cold! I specifically called the property to verify that their pool was going to be heated two separate times and was told that it would. I understand things can happen, but I find it “fishy” that the pool breaks the same weekend, two years in a row. I also can understand the property’s frustration with having so many people take advantage of the pool by inviting their whole team to swim, etc., but that shouldn’t be an excuse to lie to your customer and promise a heated pool and not deliver! If it’s such a huge problem, then have an employer monitor the pool area and verify that all swimmers are actual guests of the hotel rather than just lying about how the pool is “broken”. When we approached the manager about the pool, she was not interested in even helping a customer out, but rather, offered no solution to the issue. This property is significantly more expensive than other hotels in the area and I have been okay with the increased price due to the amenities, the heated pool being a major perk, but I will never go back after this. I’m addition to the non-heated pool, my room was a little dirty upon check-in and no hand soap and waste basket liners were even in the room. We had to go request those items from the front desk. Also, the air conditioner was finicky and didn’t always work. Overall. I hate being lied to and don’t like paying a premium for amenities that I don’t get to actual utilize. The hotel and room, itself, is not nice enough to justify the cost.

Below standard.

The Location, The room was large, the bed was comfortable, had a fridge,& micro Large Bathroom with full length mirror.and coffee pot. Liked the main floor room with small patio outside.

The worst was a $75.00 charge for a pet. I have stayed all over the west with my dog and have NEVER paid more than $50.00. The coffee pot didn't work, and the WIFI in my room didn't work. I won't ever stay there again.

Not accommodating

Just off freeway.

The fact we got there early at 2 pm. Asked for a main floor room cause my husband couldn’t walk that well. Said no gave us the 3rd floor and a room furthest down from he hall #342! Try walking that when you’re disabled!

I would find a nicer hotel for the money.

Location.

Not at all what I was expecting from the the Holiday Inn Brand. The hotel and facilities have a lot of wear and needs updated and repaired. There were a lot of construction workers staying there that brought in a lot of dirt everywhere. The sound barriers between room and floors were poor.

One-night stay

Late check-in was flawless. Beds comfy. Clean and spacious room.

Poor choice for breakfast. All utensils were plastic. I don't even want to imagine the amount of pollution.

Not happy at all especially for the amount I paid for just 2 nights

Hotel needs major upgrade and renovation. Has a smell to it. Bathroom fixtures don’t work properly.

very uncomfortable stay and super disappointed in the facilities. my husband is a platinum member and we are rethinking

the shower was so small you couldn’t even take a shower! the water sprayed over and where you stood the water didn’t even hit your body. There was a tip in the back of the bed. mild around shower door by floor. TV stand was rotting. super disappointed. Bed was squeaky and lumpy.

Pleasant, but overpriced

Chose this property because it was not in the normal casino setting of Mesquite. We have pets, so the hard surface flooring in the room was nice.

Choosing this for the reason mentioned, I think that is taken advantage of. Quite a bit higher rate than surrounding properties. Pet fee is the highest I have ever paid, especially for a so so hotel.

Was given an upgraded suite but the upgrade only had one bed. My friend had to sleep on the sofa.

At checkin the room we were given was not cleaned from the previous occupants.
