The hotel was beautiful and absolutely loved the patio! It was in a very nice location and easy to navigate. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Loved the amenities of the pool but sad we didn’t have time to get in. Staff was friendly enough but didn’t talk much.
I do have to unfortunately report that our AC did now work at all and would not turn on. We were too tired to ask for another room. The traffic is very noisy with the door closed.

Convenient location, excellent facilities, outside area extensive and attractive, comfortable room/bed, friendly staff and the included breakfast was delicious!
The pool and even the hot tub were cold.

Location Is Great.
Requests Made At Time Of Booking To Include Extra Washclothes, Towels, Two Blankets Were Not Forwarded To Property According To Woman At Front Desk. Room Did Have 4 Pillows Per Bed But ALL ARE FAR TOO SOFT TO USE SO HAD TO USE DUFFLE BAG For Pillow!!! Room Only Had 1 Half Used Roll Of Toilet Paper, Only 1 Washcloth, Only 1 Hand Towel But 3 Bath Towels. No Screen On Window So Couldn't Open Due To Bugs. No Chairs At Table So Table Effectively Useless. Arrived Checked In, Went To Dine, Returned, Terrible Night Sleep Due To Entire Girls Teen Soccer Teams Being Roomed Next To Us As They Ran Up And Down Halls All Night!!! Overall Rating For The Evening Would've Been A "3" If Not For My Aunt's Birthday Dinner Off Property. Probably WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN AS HIGHLY OVER-PRICED FOR POOR ROOM AND LITTLE SLEEP!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!
