We loved the room size and the soaking tub and the shower pressure was unbelievably good. The bed was middle, not horrible but not super comfy and the pillows were not very comfortable-thin and flat. The hvac system was good and room amenities good.
I bought a swimsuit for the pool but when I went outside to use it at 7am (my bad) the sign said it wasn’t open until 8am and thenI turned around to reenter the door I had exited and my card wouldn’t work, so my husband came down to let me in. None of this is the hotel’s fault and in fact are probably good security measures, plus, I should have inquired about pool hours ahead of time. I have used the pool during a previous stay and it was great.

Check-in was challenging due to a changing software program. Manager was able to get it straightened out quickly.
