We have had many great experiences with our renters. In the spring of 2018, we added the 2014 Lance 2185. Ashley stays home with the kids, spending the spring lining up reservations and summers on the road delivering campers, so we are flexible for your delivery and pick-up times, whether it be a 10:00 PM meeting in Morro Bay or 8:00 AM pick-up in Santa Barbara County – been there! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sleeps 4 to 7 people. There is a single bunk above rear double bed. Additionally, the dinette and couch open to double-sized beds. Plenty of in-cabin storage. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Last year we upgraded the flooring. Some photos show the old tan linoleum and others show the new brown water resistant vinyl planking. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The kitchen is well-stocked, including classic red Coleman dinnerware and vintage mason jars. There is a double-sink, fridge, freezer and three-burner stove. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are located in Arroyo Grande, minutes from Pismo Beach and 15 minutes south of San Luis Obispo. To keep the trailer in top condition and reduce risk, the camper is only available for delivery. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We offer delivery to many locations in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. No insurance binder necessary. With delivery we can have the camper set up to any available hook-ups and ready for fun before your arrival. Afterwards, we will pick up the trailer and dump the tanks for you. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Delivery to Pismo and Oceano (not the dunes) is $60 and we can provide quotes for other locations. Lopez Lake is outside the "Local Campground" delivery area. So far, we have delivered as far south as Santa Barbara's Earl Warren Showgrounds, 80+ miles south; San Simeon, 50+ miles up the coast and the Interlake area between Nacimiento and San Antonio Lakes, 60+ miles away. Oceano County AKA Oceano Memorial Campground A private ranch in Huasna Coastal Dunes RV Park in Oceano --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rear bed: 73" x 48". Top bunk: 73" x 30". Dinette bed: 71" x 39". Couch bed: 67" x 49". If you are taller than any of these beds, we recommend sleeping diagonally on the rear or couch bed. The rear bed has a standard camper mattress so we added two more layers of foam, so you feel like you are sleeping on a proper mattress. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The heater works very well - even at 20 degrees - due to the high-quality insulation. We recommend double bed sheets sets for the dinette and couch, queen- or double-sized sheets for the rear bed and a twin sheet set for the bunk. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you are traveling with small ones, the shower is deep enough to fill like a bathtub. Also, there is an outdoor shower which is hooked up to hot water. A Kidco Peapod fits very well in the top bunk and the dinette is a good place for a pack n' play. Very kid friendly - trust us! :) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A Champion 3100 watt generator is available. The generator is included, without deposit, for renters renting for three or more nights. Two hours per day is included; additional usage is $10 per partial hour. For renters with less than three nights, the deposit is $200 and all generator usage is $10 per partial hour. The generator is on a cargo carrier attached to the rear bumper. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOT ALLOWED ON THE OCEANO/PISMO DUNES. RVshare DOES NOT ALLOW USE ON THE BEACH (especially one with a creek crossing). Keeping our trailer off the beach maintains its quality and cleanliness for our renters. Also, NO WILDFLOWER. No delivery to Pismo Sands RV Resort on Cienaga/Highway 1 in Oceano. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jalama Beach - We cannot deliver to campsites with soft sand. It is the renter's responsibility to reserve a campsite that is in good condition. Sites 53 to 64, plus Abalone Point group campsite, are not accessible in the spring or summer. We can deliver to those sites in the fall or winter, after the tractors clear the sites and/or it rains and the sites turn to hard-pack sand.
