About this house rental
Nestled in Alexandria Bay, this lovely house for $250 per night is a great option for your next trip. 3 bedroom, 2 full bath townhouse on the water with private boathouse. Located in a quiet area on Carnegie Bay in Alexandria Bay. -10-15 minute walk to downtown Alexandria Bay with shopping, restaurants, bars and Scenic View Park with a playground and beach. -15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Uncle Sam boat tours to visit Boldt Castle. -Short drive to wineries, golf, mini-golf, boat rentals, boat tours, Clayton, etc. This unit has 1 Full bed in a private room downstairs if you prefer to sleep in a darker room. 1 Queen bed in the loft upstairs if you prefer to wake up with the sun. 2 Twin beds in a private, dark room attached to the loft bedroom. Full kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar. The living room is bright and sunny and has a balcony overlooking the bay with chairs and a small grill. Washer and dryer set. You can fit up to a 30 ft. boat in our private boat house on the ground level. You can also bring your fishing pole and fish right off the boathouse! The main entrance to our house is on the second level. You will either have to walk up the stairs or use the outdoor elevator located a few units over. ***Recently updated Floors, TVs, Furniture, Grill, and More!*** You will fall in love with all that the Thousand Islands has to offer!

My husband and I had been wanting to visit Thousand Islands for a long time and our visit was beyond our expectations. Beautiful house in quiet and convienient location. We loved having quick access go our boat with tye garage and we ended up walking into town every evening since it was only about a mile to the restaurants and docks. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning next year!

I've been going to the islands since I was a baby and I'm 32 now. Staying in that house was one of the nicest vacations me and my family have had in years. It was very clean and it felt like being at home while I was in the islands. Also love the fish you can see from the back porch above the boat house.

We had a fabulous week and the weather was far kinder to us than forecast.
We hired a boat for the day from Mac's boat rentals which was literally round the corner from us and was a wonderful day.
We also did uncle Sam's boat cruise and spent an afternoon at Clayton.
We totally fell in love with Wellesley so can highly recommend a trip there.
Alexandria bay has restaurants and a selection of nice shops, all of which are walkable from the accommodation. The accommodation itself had a fully equipped kitchen, gas bbq and was comfortable.

Everything was as advertised and pictured in description. The marina directly across was conveniently located to launch our boat and store our trailer. This condo location is a good choice for a boating getaway.

This townhouse was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean. The boathouse was ideal for us to store our boat for the week. Zach and Nancy responded to our messages right away whenever we had questions. We loved our stay so much we rebooked for next year the day we left. Thank you!

Very clean updated property. Had everything we needed. Loved the lower boat house and marina across the channel made launching and trailer storage easy. This home was close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the scenic boating, visiting both castles and state parks with our 19’ boat.

Our stay in the townhouse in Harbor Villas in Alexandria Bay was awesome! Harbor Villas #5 is beautiful. It has everything you need for while enjoying a relaxing time on the St, Lawrence River. Everything we needed was in this condo. It made for a worry free stay. The hosts Zach and Nancy were so nice and helpful. It was easy to communicate with them. I highly recommend Hatbor Villas #5. We will definitely visit again.

The property is minutes from Alexandria Bay and shopping/restaurants. Checkin was a breeze with code sent by manager that day. Condo is clean and had everything you need to cook and entertain. Only disappointment is the view out of the balcony-it overlooks a large parking lot and not very scenic.

The property was better than advertised. The living spaces were perfect and we really enjoyed stay. The owners were more than helpful and were willing to help our stay however we could want. One thing to note and outside of the owners control, the water level in the river and in the lake have been low for quite a few years. I didn't have any problems getting out but the water was only 2 feet deep in the back bay. This was a great place to stay!

We like to travel with our boat and always seem to have a problem finding a great launch or slip while we're at Alex bay. This was perfect. We had our own private garage or we could keep our kayaks and our boat. We are tucked away from all of the traffic and busyness of Alex Bay. But we were still able to enjoy every bit of it. The hosts were wonderful and communicated promptly with any questions we had. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. We were even allowed to bring our dog who is part of our family. It was so nice to be able to relax and not worry about anything at home. Thank you!

Heart of the Bay
We loved how close we were to Bolt Castle and the town of Alexandria Bay. We walked into town one night and found out we could take our boat and park for $5. So we did that several times, I mean wow else do I take the kids out for ice cream. Lol we wish we would have stayed longer we enjoyed it that much. The house was clean beds were very comfy. I promise anyone who stays here u won't be disappointed.

Beautiful and Convenient
We loved this property! Very clean and updated. The boat slip garage was perfect for our stay. No better place than Alex Bay for the 4th of July. Check in was seamless and lots of contact with the owners. Very responsive. We'll be staying again!

Awesome 1,000 Island accommodations
The home exceeded our expectations, boaters paradise with enclosed boathouse! The home is well appointed and equipped for six people. Downtown Alexandria Bay is only a short walk from the home. Communication with the owner was exceptional.

Beautiful well decorated condo in Alex Bay. Very clean, nice touches with local menus, attractions and even a grocery store discount card. Zach left a bootle of wine at check in as well.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used to keep our boat up in the bay and had the opportunity to visit with all our River friends.
The location is perfect, just a short bike ride into town for restaurants and shops.
