the property needs a lot of maintenance doing to it to bring the hotel back to a good standard.
The only way to contact reception is via WhatsApp as there are no phones in the rooms. thats ok if you are told about it at check-in.

The panoramic view is breathtaking and there seems to be an amazing view from every angle with the hotel situated high on the hill.
The hotel is beautiful but is fairly inconvenient to any beach or the town center, which requires a high up a fairly steep hill. Aside from some outliers, the staff were unhelpful and rude. In the presidential suite, the views were spectacular, but the windows leak, and caused the room to flood.
