Situated in Destin, this charming condo for $698 per night is a great option for your next break. Beautiful, newly renovated, 12th floor condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the 30' private balcony with comfortable balcony furniture while you enjoy watching the crystal blue waters of the Gulf and magnificent sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. The dining room bar area has a separate ice machine. The master bathroom has been updated with a large garden tub that is perfect for a relaxing bath, the guest bathroom features a custom walk in tile shower. Enjoy this spacious condo with vaulted, 10 ft. ceilings and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy vacation. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Enjoy the free beach service March through Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking. This was the fourth time we’ve stayed at Destin Gulfgate, second time in the same unit. Absolutely perfect. The staff greeted us when we arrived, the unit was spotless. Everything we needed was there. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The entire week was perfect. We’re already planning another trip and in the same unit.

Beautiful location ,we just love unit 1103, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. the amenities are very nice (towels and sheets, and soaps, etc, and they have real Kleenex, and soft TP). Shout out to the staff: all were competent and professional, friendly and engaging.

This condo was gorgeous, the pictures did not do the view from the balcony justice, it was an absolutely amazing view. The condo was spotless upon entering and everything was as expected. The Gulfgate staff were very friendly and always said hi when you passed them. We had a very relaxing and fun girls trip thanks to this place. We will definitely be back!!!

Everything about the 1103 unit was wonderful. Since our last stay a few months before, Gulfgate upgraded to quality bed linens, so soft and comfortable. In addition the bathroom amenities are first class and they provide real Kleenex and soft comfortable TP.

My wife and I spent a week at Destin Gulfgate. It was a perfect building for the two of us, but it would have also been perfect for a small family. The property doesn’t have so many units that the beach area would ever really be packed. We walked down the beach and saw several other buildings with beaches that were packed with people. This is not the building for college Spring Break - this is the building for couples and small families.We searched through a number of listings in and around Destin, few buildings have units with balconies as expansive as Destin Gulfgate. Most buildings have narrow balconies facing out at a diagonal and overlooking other buildings. This entire building has nice wide private balconies that face the Gulf and overlook nothing but sand and sea - no roads, no buildings - just Destin sand and water.We didn’t use the pool, fitness room, or the event room, but I’d say these amenities would make this a great location for a family reunion. It was also nice having building staff on site. This was our first time staying at a staffed building. Usually you have to work with owners’ rental agent to solve even minor issues. Destin Gulfgate has dedicated staff to get you registered and to take care of maintenance and housekeeping. This usually isn’t an issue, but if you ever need that type of service, you’ll get better and quicker solutions with the dedicated staff than you will at other buildings where there is no dedicated staff.Being in the middle of Destin isn’t as quiet and laid back as other beaches in the area, but it’s perfect for families looking for some activities and attractions. That said, you can have a nice quiet vacation if you prefer at Destin Gulfgate. We spent our days on the beach and on the balcony. It felt pretty quiet for us, but we were close to restaurants when we chose to go out.I would say this is the perfect building and location

Beach is very clean, and with Gulfgate being smaller, meant less people on the private beach. Chair and umbrella reservation was as easy as giving our name and guys had everything ready to go at their posted time. Almost don’t want to brag too much and keep this hidden gem all to ourselves ;)

Absolutely beautiful condo on the beach. They have everything you will need for a week in the sun. Unfortunately we had several foggy days but that is expected in February. Later in March the sun comes back and the gulf view and white sand beaches are breathtaking.

We have been coming to Destin for years! Normally we came with 2 other couples requiring 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. This year only 2 couples so we needed 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We chose Destin Gulfgate. We were apprehensive about it at first until we got there and all of that disappeared. Beautiful condo, great help at the front desk, a great wide beach and close to all the good food we wanted. Its the most restful week I get all year long and next year we will be back to "roost" at the Gulfgate 1103. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

My husband and I stayed in 1103 right after it was first renovated. The decor is beautiful and beds were very comfy. We loved the top floor because the ceilings are higher as are the sliding glass doors. We were so excited to get to stay in this unit for a second time this past August. It's fabulous!
