About this apartment rental
Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this tastefully decorated condo. This 1430sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30’ private beach-front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom with custom walk in shower in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds. A sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and counter tops. A full-size washer and dryer can be found in the laundry room. This condo has tile throughout common areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. A separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar. There is a reserved, covered, parking space in the garage.

This is our 5th year in Destin, and this has by far been our favorite. I love the complimentary chairs and umbrella. That was huge for me and will keep me coming back. Not to mention the furnishings and extra small things provided, like more than one garbage bag and soap.

Loved our room this year. This was our second summer there and it’s so nice and peaceful. Loved my room! Also loved that I had a private spot in the shade for my vehicle big plus. My only complaint is the beds. You would think spending this much money on a condo the best would be top of the line. That is my only complaint, everything else was perfect. Wished I was there when I woke up for work this morning.
