About this condo rental
Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this beautifully decorated condo. This 1430sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30 foot private beach-front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom with custom walk in shower in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and counter tops. You'll find a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. This condo has carpet throughout with tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. A separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar. There is a covered, dedicated parking space in the garage. Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking. For monthly reservations (over 28 days) please contact Destin Gulfgate directly.

Destin Gulfgate is hands down the best place to stay in the Panhandle! The view from 702 is amazing---no matter the time of day! Everything you can ask for in a condo is in this unit.

Clean, family feel, perfectly laid out floor plan, upgrades not even seen in pictures, perfect view of ocean from bedroom, living room/kitchen, and patio, nice patio furniture. Dolphins each morning, chairs and umbrellas available to reserve, decorations nice, carpeted bedrooms and living rooms were so cosy!! Only thing that could have been better were a couple high top patio pieces for completely unobstructed view and a few more kitchen pieces for people who stay to have an easier time cooking. Great front staff and cleaning crew.

Ten families gathered at the Destin Gulfgate for a wonderful family reunion. We were glad to be able to rent the activity room for our large group activities. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. The beach and views were beautiful!

We had a wonderful brief trip over Spring Break (although this was thankfully not a college party atmosphere). Gorgeous ocean views. Friendly, attentive service. Easy in and easy out. Conveniently located in short distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir stores, and activities. Quick, friendly beach service for chairs and umbrellas. Heated outdoor pool (although not warm enough for the adults in this mid-March weather). Safe, convenient parking. Will definitely stay again!

A wonderful stay. Condo was lovely and staff was present if there were any questions. Several in my group were checking on future reservations for their families and I have already scheduled to come back too. Getting in and out of the condo is so easy. That’ a big Plus!

Condo was clean and nice. We loved the beach set up service and the Ice machine in the unit. Minimal complaints, but will just note: no general spices (other than salt and pepper packets in kitchen), hot water in Master shower takes a while to heat up, sliding screens not fully on track.I understand the above are knit picky and are not complaints, but observations. Complex was very nice and access to the beach was amazing. Both Sliders (living room and Master) open wide and for fall, was great to get the breeze and hear the ocean. Huge balcony which we loved.

The beach is fabulous. The rooms are spacious with great balconies. 702 looked great and was clean, but there were 3 items that really bothered us and affected our sleep. The headboards were so loose, the slightest movement (I move a lot) and they would hit the wall, kitchen ice maker ticked and the toilets would periodically Loudly fill.

Vacation was fun, we had a great time. Condo 702 is in desperate need of a good remodeling. Everything in it was out dated. Carpet was awful and very dirty. Washer and dryer was small, old, and rusted. The 1980s Toilets didn’t flush very well. Wickered bedroom Furniture was outdated. Beds were very comfortable. We love Destin and we have been staying at the Destin gulfgate almost every year for the last 20 years and this is the worst condo we have stayed in.
