It was very clean- a simple room with a desk. There were kitchen facilities. The rooms at my home were on the 2nd floor and others were on the 3rd floor, so this might be difficult for some people. You have to get a code from the owners to access the property which is good security and they answer quickly- but it is probably safer to make a reservation at least 1-2 hrs in advance to be sure to get the code.
I did have a problem with a slippery floor.

Everything is very clean. Everyone in the home is very nice, including the host. The backyard is really nice, and the rooms are pretty spacious
