Nestled in Pinehurst, this charming house for $466 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The Mulligan House in Pinehurst is located in the middle of several different golf resorts. It is only a 5 minute drive to Pinehurst resort and the village of Pinehurst and 6 mins from downtown Southern Pines. You are only a hop away from all restaurants and several pubs. There are 3 breweries that are minutes from the house. You can play golf during the day, have a bite to eat, have a drink at one of the pubs then relax in the big hot tub surrounded by lights. Property is private but convenient to everything. Property has plenty of room to accommodate 1 person to groups of 12-15 guests depending on your preferences. The living room has ample space and a 55 inch smart tv with the Golf channel/network. The Property consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master located on the first floor has a king bed and tv. Second bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds. Upstairs has 3 additional bedrooms, the first bedroom has 3 twin beds, the second bedroom has 4 twin beds and a TV, and the last room has 2 queen beds. The backyard is an oasis, when you walk out to the porch you have a huge lounging sectional that you can watch tv outside. There is an outdoor built in BBQ pit and pizza oven, there is outside dining under the twinkling lights that overlook the built in gas fire pit and hottub. In the garage you will find a full-size ping pong table, cornhole, two couches, and a second fridge (beer/beverage).

We had eight people for a guys golf trip. The house was in an ideal location for golf in Pinehurst.and Southern Pines. The house is in great shape and has plenty of amenities to make our visit comfortable and fun.

Beds were comfortable, but falling apart. Shower curtain had lots of mold, that was a dark color.....complete turnoff. overall, nice place. but when 3 guys bowed out because of physical ailments, i still paid for 12.....obviously, i should have cancelled and booked smaller elsewhere.... joebellinojr.

Our group of 16 really enjoyed our stay at The Mulligan House in Pinehurst! Great location with easy access to all Pinehurst has to offer. Backyard patio and hot tub were the perfect way to unwind after golf.

Had a great experience! The Owner of the property was very responsive. She went out of her way to replace a blow up mattress within 24 hours which was very nice. Outdoor patio space was great! Provided cornhole, grill, and hot tub. Overall, it was exactly what our group was looking for!

We were super excited to find the Mulligan house. Finding a house in the Pinehurst area that is not all twin beds is like finding a unicorn. Sadly the property bed arrangement is listed wrong and what we thought was a unicorn was just a pretty pony. My husband called it a bait & switch experience, but I think it was a lack of effort. We were in town for a family gathering: Aka, couples and adults not wanting to deal with their feet hanging off a twin bed. Boy, were we surprised when we showed up to a charming house with 1 not 2 king beds, 2 not 4 queen beds, and 9 not 3 twins. That was a wee bit shocking with no magic unicorn wand to change the rooms to match the listing. We were also charged an additional guest fee of $120 without explaining what makes up an " additional guest." Besides that, the house was lovely. The porch and yard made for a beautiful place to enjoy our family gathering. Also, I could just be a confused old-schooler complaining about how it used to be. But, another odd thing that is becoming common within vacation rentals. You are being asked to strip the beds, bring the dirty sheet and towels to the laundry room and start the laundry with the same cleaning fee and no benefits.

This house was perfect for our first trip to Pinehurst. Kim was great to work with and very responsive with any questions we had for her. It has everything you could need and more with plenty of space. We will definitely be back!

Had a group of 8 guy in town for a week of golf. Was perfectly located right in the middle of all Pinehurst had to offer. Super clean. Great backyard fire pit and hot tub. Just a great rental.

The house was perfect for our golf outing. It had excellent outdoor space that allowed us to stay outside during Covid. We loved the propane powered fire pit and grilling station. Highly recommend staying here!!

Wonderful home located in a central spot for quick access to everything Pinehurst has to offer. The owner went out of her way to make sure we had everything we need to have a perfect weekend. Amazing hospitality.
