About this house rental
The Mulligan House in Pinehurst is located in the middle of several different golf resorts. It is only a 5 minute drive to Pinehurst resort and the village of Pinehurst and 6 mins from downtown Southern Pines. You are only a hop away from all restaurants and several pubs. There are 3 breweries that are minutes from the house. You can play golf during the day, have a bite to eat, have a drink at one of the pubs then relax in the big hot tub surrounded by lights. Property is private but convenient to everything. Property has plenty of room to accommodate 1 person to groups of 12-15 guests depending on your preferences. The living room has ample space and a 55 inch smart tv with the Golf channel/network. The Property consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master located on the first floor has a king bed and tv. Second bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds. Upstairs has 3 additional bedrooms, the first bedroom has 3 twin beds, the second bedroom has 4 twin beds and a TV, and the last room has 2 queen beds. The backyard is an oasis, when you walk out to the porch you have a huge lounging sectional that you can watch tv outside. There is an outdoor built in BBQ pit and pizza oven, there is outside dining under the twinkling lights that overlook the built in gas fire pit and hottub. In the garage you will find a full-size ping pong table, cornhole, two couches, and a second fridge (beer/beverage).

Our kids and grandkids enjoyed their stay tremendously. The house had plenty of space for their family of 5. The layout was perfect and the house was very clean. They really enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you!

The Mulligan house was a pleasure to stay at. It was myself and three of my friends. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room. Everything was super clean. Playing a lot of golf every day we took advantage of the beautiful backyard. We used the hot tub every morning before our rounds and every post round at night. We had drinks around the fire pit, and we barbecued one night. We will be definitely staying at the Mulligan house next year.

The backyard of this property was perfect for a buddies' trip. Grill and firepit with enough room for the entire group to sit around. Plenty of room and sleeping accommodations for everyone to stay comfortably. We'd definitely stay here again next time. The host was accessible and very pleasant to work with.

House matches the description in the listing ….only small negative was the hot tub didn’t work for the first two nights and we were really looking forward to that amenity , but the prop manager had someone come fix it by the last day so we could atleast use it for the last night . Great location proximity for the golf courses
