About this house rental
Welcome to Casa by the Sea. The home is about 1/2 block to the sand with direct access right down the street. The home is a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home has games, beach toys and beach towels that are available for guests. There is a gas grill in the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. What a beach gem! Quiet neighborhood, safe parking and a quick walk to the beach. This house felt like a home with it's many charms. Thank you again for the stay!

The house was amazing and adorable. Beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfy. Will definitely be returning in the future.The only downside was the sink kept backing up when we ran the dishwasher and it smelled rotten and there didn’t seem to be a disposal to help clear it. Still wasn’t devastating and would still go back again!

The house was clean and well appointed with everything one would need. Smelled like mold and found the source to be the washer and kitchen sink. Could easily be taken care of with a Vinager, Baking soda, hot water treatment. Google it. And a pre prepared washer cleaner and leaving the washer door open. Beach was a short walk down the street.
