The service and hospitality from Sam and all the staff was wonderful, couldn’t ask for better. Sam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as to where and what to see in the city, where to eat…trust him he knows, great recommendations. Location was perfect, within a 15 minute walk from Galataport with easy access to the T1tram line about a 2 minute walk, and within a 10 minute walk to the funicular. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Great hotel in a convenient location. Everything you need is within walking distance.
Room was nice and clean. Staff were super friendly, gave me some wonderful recommendations to check out in the city.

We just had a short one night stay but this hotel was everything it needed to be for that. Staff were super friendly and helpful - lovely Turkish hospitality, and they were fun to talk to. They also gave great advice on the public transport route to the airport. The bathroom was spacious. The air conditioner is also very powerful.
Be prepared for LOTS of steps to explore Cihangir. It's a good area though, not touristy. Lots of cafes.

Staff is respectable and attentive.
Literally no wifi, very small room, no views, privacy compromise, very low ceiling I’m literally never seen such a low ceiling, I’m 174 cm and my could touch the ceiling
