Staff were amazing, specially Sina who was really nice, kind and helpful during the whole stay we had with our family with 2 rooms.
The street it is located on was very steep, which is to some extent applicable to most accommodation in Istanbul. The shower and overall bathroom and kitchen was a bit old and could be done or renovated.

The owners were wonderful and loving people. They truly did their best so we have a great experience. They listen to their customers feedback and value them which is why i really respect the owners
Overall i liked that place. Id say the venting system in the bathroom could be improved since i thought it wasn’t circulating the air as efficiently as it could
