The breakfast was great! Lots of food options and a spacious and clean dining area.
We liked the comfortable mattress and the good water pressure in the shower!
There was a candy wrapper on the carpet and hairs on the bathroom floor! Was it cleaned before our arrival?
I requested a quiet room location away from noisy equipment and on the opposite side of the building from the major street, But the room faced 22nd Ave and noisy condenser units were under the window. The windows did not keep out exterior noise effectively.

It was clean. The people there at the desk need to smile more. Learn how to be friendly and nice. I know this was in Chicago, but we still need to learn proper concierge services.

Breakfast really surprised me. So many options, especially hot and 3 types of fruit. The staff was so attentive and they worked so hard to keep the area clean and make sure the food was stacked.
Even that the hotel has signs everywhere that it’s a non smoking property the guests in the room across from us smoked pot. We had to put towels around doors cause it smelled so bad.

Good location.
Bathroom was falling apart. Found 2 bugs in the bathroom. Comforter was dirty. Hallway smelled. Loud in hallway and above room. Elevator was very dirty and the buttons don’t light up so you never know what floor you’re going to end up on. Thankfully it was only 3 floors.
