The room itself was nice!
The front desk staff were very rude! I arrived about 3 hours before check in, and I asked at that time for my 2 rooms to be on the same floor. The gentleman said no problem! I return at 4:30-5 to check in, and new desk attendant and. She said sorry no we can’t put u on the same floor. I wasn’t happy. And she did noting to try to accommodate! Wasn’t pleasant at all. I’ve stayed. At several Staybridge properties in various states and this one left me very disappointed! I will never stay at this Staybridge again.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. I have never had such an amazing experience before, I have stayed in Hampton inns and other more expensive hotels and this is by far a way better experience! The breakfast is amazing, the cooks work their butts off and it never disappoints, and Monday -Friday they have complimentary dinner with free beer and wine. Everything here is complimentary. I absolutely love this hotel and if they had one everywhere I would always stay at them. Beyond happy and blessed to have this experience!
They are doing some remodeling but honestly it’s not that big of a deal. The workers that are here are respectful and never caused us an issue! Other than that there are no complaints

Location was good, staff was friendly.
Room was not well Maintained. Many bulbs burned out in bathroom, towel rack missing in bathroom. Light and fan not working above cooktop. Inside door handle fell off. Phone in room did not work. Couldn’t call the front desk.
