Outside, augment your home-cooked menus with the gas grill and outdoor kitchen and slip into your private, heated pool WHAT’S NEARBY While you have everything you need for the ultimate vacation right at your fingertips, hop in the car and spend the day on Mt San Jacinto via the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (just 17 miles away) where you will ascend to over 8,000 feet to experience breathtaking views of the Coachella Valley. For the more adventurous, head to the Indian Canyons area for a hike through the desert and an oasis to reach some spectacular waterfalls. And in the evenings, head to Agua Caliente Resort and Spa, less than four miles away, for fine dining, gambling, and nightlife. THINGS TO KNOW Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Guests must stay for a minimum of 28 nights The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: There is one motion activated doorbell camera mounted outside to the right of the front door. Camera is pointing at the courtyard. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Fabulous Vacation Home The house was absolutely beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was a dream. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Besides food, we were in need of nothing. The house was so clean and spotless. There are no words to describe the pool area and backyard. We didn't want to leave and are already planning a return visit.

Good size pool, lots of sun, private yard and home is well outfitted with everything needed. Great home had everything, liked the way the home sat East to West so the sun never was beating at the windows. I've rented vacation homes 2 times previously direct with home owners, but never again! This was better! In Working with Vacation Palm Springs, Nate, Portia & Pam were great from start to finish. Had a small problem called and Pam was at the house in 30 min. Thanks. Great service!

Tamarisk Villa is a great three bedroom home with wide-open contemporary architecture that takes maximum advantage of the beautiful pool and backyard area with glass window walls opening directly from the kitchen, living room, pool table room, and master bedrooms onto the pool patio. The kitchen is huge, well-equipped, and with a large island and breakfast area. We began and ended our days in the spa, and spent one entire day just lounging beside the pool. Far from "just a place to sleep between golf games", we greatly enjoyed our stay and will seriously consider returning to Tamarisk on our next visit. (Note: size and location of the 3 bedrooms vary, ask for additional info if important to you.) Having owned vacation rentals at PGA West and on St. John in the USVI, and rented many other villas in various locations in the past, I can say with some perspective that I was very pleased and impressed with the service we received from everyone we spoke and worked with at Vacation Palm Springs. If I ever own another vacation home in the Palm Springs area I'll hire you.
