It has180 degree views of the San Juaquine mountains. This newly built Modern property captures the sophisticated Palm Springs vibe. The Hideaway is both glamorously nostalgic and very “next century". The owners have combined classic modern architecture and modern-day comfort to create a spectacular home Lawrence Crosley, an up-and-coming family neighborhood in Palm Springs. Nestled against the picturesque San Jacinto Mountains, this vibrant area offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Enjoy stunning mountain views, convenient proximity to downtown Palm Springs, and a host of outdoor activities. Indulge in upscale shopping, explore nearby hiking and biking trails, and unwind in luxurious resorts. City Permit ID #4940 Built as a desert escape, this home has a luxurious open floor plan that blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor living. The great room provides an impressive yet welcoming space to spend time with your entire group. You’ll find inside dining for 6, a fireside lounging area with plenty of seating and a flat screen smart TV. The kitchen has beautiful marble countertops and stylish black steel appliances. Floor to ceiling windows and sliders reveal the panoramic views of the golf course and mountains, pool & yard that looks as though it was ripped from the pages of Architectural Digest. Like an upscale boutique hotel, all of the 3 king ensuite bedrooms feature High end linens, hospitality-quality mattresses, flat screen televisions and ample storage. Each room has floor to ceiling sliders letting in maximum light, high ceilings and each room has killer panoramic views. The 3rd bedroom is a casita. Each of the three bedrooms are exceptional. For stays of 28 nights and less: Utilities and the heating of the hot tub are included in the rental of the Property, except for the heating of the pool. The pool can be heated upon the request of Renter for an additional $50.00 per day plus the city tax. For stays over 28 nights: Utilities are charged upon consumption. CITY ORDINANCES and HOUSE RULES: -- All of the desert cities do not allow any music to be played outside at any time or played inside where it can be heard outside. There are strict noise ordinances for which All of the cities issue fines that start at $1000. -- In all of the desert cities there is a 10:00 pm curfew, no one can be out in the backyard/ pool/hot tub after 10:00pm. -- In a 3 bedroom home the city occupancy rate is 6 persons (children under 3 are not counted in this total) -- Only 3 cars are allowed and no street parking --This is a non-smoking premise. --The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $50 a day plus the city tax. The heating of the hot tub is included in the rental. Once you book with VRBO you are accepting the terms and conditions listed in the the House rental agreement which is posted on the VRBO website. House agreement will be sent to guests through Docusign. In order to gain access to the house Docusign agreement must be completed. We look forward to having you as our guest. Our stay at this property was Amazing. The pictures posted don’t do justice, the property is stunning. Clean, the beds were amazing , sheets were super comfortable everything was just awesome, Cristina was very helpful and easy to get hold of. The views all in all Beautiful property, the pantry was fully stocked. Definitely shall be booking another stay here.

This home exceeded our expectations! Everything is new and in excellent condition. Our kids loved the pool and the yard. The house was so well equipped and clean which for my wife was very important. Kristina was so helpful and if we had questions called us back immediately and gave us great suggestions where to eat and what to do with our kids (there is also a manual with lots of ideas). This is a well run rental and we would stay here again.

This place has so many major issues and the price doesn’t match the quality of the place. It has high level of airplane noise that disrupted our ability to relax and enjoy our time at the property. One of the showers was not working and they couldn’t even fix it whole we were there. The pictures on the rental website exaggerated the actual size of the house. This misrepresentation gave us false expectations regarding the space available. The freezer filled with exploded and frozen food, which required us to clean up and reorganize. Furthermore, property was in the condition that imposed several safety concerns to our babies while we were there, the bathroom mirror was not securely hung, and pool umbrellas were either broken or tilted in the way we were worries of them falling with the smallest wind speed.In regard to cleanness, the house was not in good shape. The white pool chairs were extremely distressed and yellow from being dirty and overused, window curtain being ripped, dirty socks under bed from previous renter, lights switch being dark and stained from dirt, watermarks on bathroom walls, facades being super dirty and plates in the cabinets being super dirty in the way that we had to wash everything before use. The dishwasher was working poorly, and we had to wash dishes by hand. We were offered by the host to get the cleaning done while we were there, but the cleaning lady stopped by and mentioned that she is busy and doesn't have time for this cleaning! Furthermore, there were several pest traps in the house that made it extremely unsafe for our babies. The house clearly needs pest control that is not done. In addition to these issues, we struggled with the gate and garage opener, which were not working. Lastly, we were unaware of the neighborhood conditions.

We stayed at this property for a week during spring break and had a wonderful time. The home is clean and well furnished, including having a well-stocked kitchen for those who like to cook. The pool area is beautiful, and we loved how much space there was in the backyard. With the golf course view and neighbors on only one (fenced in) side, we felt like we were in our own private oasis. We definitely will be back!

One shower did not work (in the Master BR), the area was not in a good spot at all (too close from the airport, so very noisy) , I hate theses movement detector for the bathroom ( at night when your using it, all the lights goes on) , the stuff in the kitchen was not very clean also.....I will not rent that home again !

The house is flawless. It’s beautifully decorated and beautifully remodeled. It’s well appointed with everything you need to cook meals. It’s quiet and once you’re inside it’s hard to realize you in such a fringe neighborhood. All in all we had a great time and would stay again.

The house met all of our expections and more - very, very nice. While it is in a changing neighborhood, which didn't bother us, it is directly under a flight path to the nearby airport. I recommend this property to those who would be OK with that noise. The view is gorgeous and the pool is equally lovely.

This house exceeded our expectations and the home is absolutely beautiful. The Photos do not do it justice- We felt like we were in our own little oasis. Who ever furnished this place has exceptional taste. We lived in the back yard at the pool and had drinks every night in the hot tub watching the gorgeous sunsets. 2 other couples came with us and we never felt on top of one another. The bedrooms are spread out so you have privacy- and the beds soooo comfortable. We felt so looked after and Louisa and Jared were amazing and gave us great recommendations of where to go and what to see. A quality experience from start to finish. Loved this home- the best VRBO rental we have stayed in.

Home was well laid out, more spacious than the pictures, and perfectly appointed for up to three couples. We were extremely comfortable all week.
The neighborhood is further from downtown than anticipated, but the golf course view is lovely and the outdoor space was wonderful.

The property is newer construction with great design, floor plan and amenities for three couples to vacation. Location is convenient to all of the Coachella Valley destinations. Host is a 6 on a 5 scale. Very responsive to all our inquiries and fixed one small plumbing issue in just one hour. This property is an Oasis among an older neighborhood.

We stayed 3 nights - the following issues that we encountered really put a dampener on our stay.
1. The neighborhood is very rundown - especially the street where this property is located - we did not expect that with the high rental cost.
2 The house is in the Palm Springs Airport flight path so noisy planes are going overhead all day.
3. The photos are deceptive - the house is not as spacious as it appears and the pool is much closer to the house than it looks.
4. There are no curtains or blinds in the main kitchen/living area making it very bright and uncomfortable during the day and very difficult to watch TV.
5. The water pressure in the showers was very low.

This house is everything you hope it will be an more! It’s so beautiful, clean, well maintained and has everything you can possibly need to feel comfortable, relaxed and pampered. The pool and outdoor seating area is just amazing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fabulous. The kitchen can be used by any gourmet and you won’t be wanting for anything! The house is located about 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs so very easy to go out for dinner. It’s a great place to stay if you just want to do nothing but escape but also terrific for getting out and about to Joshua Tree or any of the other things to do in the area. This house is a true treat and I’d rent it again in a heartbeat! Last but not least, Louisa is a pleasure to work with. She responds very quickly to any questions and offers great suggestions!

Great location to relax and refresh!
Normally when you see photos of rental properties, they look amazing but when you get there, those photos do not represent the property at all. That is not the case here. The photos were amazing and the home lived up to the expectation.
No one came out of this thinking "I got the bad room" all of the rooms were great! Lots of room, nice bed, huge bathrooms, all beautifully decorated. The picture of the backyard and pool looks like an animated rendering of what the yard SHOULD look like, but no, it's actually what the pool and backyard look like. We spent hours in the pool, it was so refreshing.
This is a great location for a get away with a few close friends.
I cannot say enough about Louisa. We had a minor issue and Louisa was EXTREMELY responsive. We expected action the following day, but she took action the same day and I believe she was out of the country at the time!
The experience from beginning to end was just amazing!

This was the most incredible, luxurious airbnb experience I've ever had, for a variety of reasons, including:
The setting and the views. From the gorgeous pool and hot tub in the backyard, there's a beautiful view of the palm dessert mountains... and the view gets even more magical at sunset.
It has jaw-droppingly chic interior decor. And overall, it's very well-appointed with amenities, like: a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, washer/dryer, spacious backyard, comfortable beds/couches, beautiful furniture. HUGE bathrooms with large bathtubs!!
The hosts. The people who manage this airbnb are kind and so responsive. We had everything we needed when my friends and family stayed there but I got the sense that they would have bent over backwards to make sure all your needs are met.
It's great for groups! It was spacious and large enough for my family and friends to sit, hang out, or steal away for moments of solitude. Many of us worked remotely while we were there and the wifi was extremely strong.
Words and photos won't do the place justice, you have to see it in person! Theres nowhere else I'd rather stay while in Palm Springs!

The pool and hot tub are perfectly positioned for happy hour cocktails while soaking in the amazing golf/mountain/sunset views. You can walk onto the Tahquitz golf course from the house. All of the rooms are perfectly appointed, with their own vibe/style - it was impossible to choose "the best" one because they were all amazing. The covered patio doubled the shared living space which was awesome for meals, work calls, and chats by the fire (indoor or outdoor!). Louisa was great to work with and very communicative. We cannot wait to book our next trip to Palm Springs and stay here again, it was awesome.

This house is beautiful! Everyone loved it and wished we could have stayed longer! The pictures do not do the view justice. Sunsets create the best silhouette over the mountains. The pool and hot tub are perfect! Every room had a king bed, so there was no arguing about who got the "best room." Appliances are top notch. Very quick drive (Less than 10 min) from the airport. The neighborhood is turning but the neighbors we very great. The house was clean, and the bedding was fantastic. Everyone was comfortable and slept great. The property management company was fantastic and responsive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
