Wonderful house. Very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful paths to walk our little dogs. The management company was very attentive and took care of the few things we needed. Will book it again for 2024!

Let me just start with "Poppy" management. They were great!! from there process of booking online to our departing. The property was just as described. Beautiful!! Thank you Poppy and owner!!. Will be staying here next year if available.

The house was clean and beautiful. The description listed a tv in all 3 bedrooms, but there is no tv in one of the rooms. Unfortunately the pool was filled with dirt when we arrived and was unusable. It was cleaned the following afternoon, then a dust storm happened and filled the pool with dirt again. It was cleaned again the following afternoon. We stayed for a week and wished we could have used the pool more often. Other than that, we would stay here again.

Overall a great house with an amazing outside living space including pool, hot tub, and fire pit. There were some mixed messages in communication about the garage from the property management company. The house instructions were also a little out of date (e.g. tvs, fireplace).

The house was beautiful but the third bedroom had no tv even though it was supposed to in the property description. It as a high end property but was cheapened with all plastic cups, even the wine glasses were plastic! There was a very limited amount of silverware, pots and pans were well worn out and also very inexpensive quality. Several lights burned out in bathrooms. But the biggest problem was the water pressure or should I say, the lack of. The guest bathroom shower was almost unusable , unless you liked yo shower with only a trickle of water. There was also a major issue with air in the water lines all week..Also, we we directed to park in garage but it was occupied by the owners vehicles. Supplies limited, such as no tissues, toilet paper, bath soap. All in all, it was a real beautiful place, quiet neighborhood , loved the pool and fire pit !

Awesome get away!

Awesome get away!

We had family visiting Palm Springs so my daughter and I along with my niece and her daughter decided to spend the weekend. It turned out to be during a heat wave. We live at the beach so we are wimps:) Michael was wonderful!! He even offered to change dates. I’m glad we went because the house was very comfortable and cool! And the pool is amazing. Night swimming is great when it’s 117 in the day:) It’s the best gated community! We will defiantly be back! Thank you fir a great weekend of reconnecting with family in an awesome spot!!

The property is truly amazing. The pool and outdoor area is fabulous. Everything in the house was extremely clean except for the dinning room rug which I suggest to management that it be changed for future vacationers. I will definitely be back.

Excellent property and matched exactly what was in the pictures. The challenge we had was that it seemed like the owner or the rental company had never rented this house or only rented one or two times. There were no instructions on how to use many of the amenities including TVs, pool, trash, hot tub, fire pit, etc. Also, the property listing shows use of a garage, but when we arrived the garage was full with the owner's cars. Communication with the rental company was OK, and eventually they got us everything we needed. But, we are still waiting for a refund for the garage issue.
