Good location, easily walkable to the Alchemist if you don't mind the hill. DC fast charging available at The Alchemist if you have an EV. Condo deck was nice on a cool summer evening playing card games.

Place smells like mold. WiFi is terrible and constantly disconnects. The second bathroom doesn’t work. Toilet doesn’t flush, shower with bath doesn’t work at all. The ceiling started ripping paint off the wall during our stay so bad we had to call maintenance because of a water leak and asked for money back and was NOT called by a manager like I was told I would be! Terrible terrible terrible!!!

Luckily, we only stayed one night. We did not receive the confirmation email, had to call to get it sent. When we walked in there was a strong musty smell everywhere - there looked to be mold in the bathroom and brown water marks on the ceilings. Heat did not work in family room and could not figure out how to turn fireplace on. It was negative 8 degrees, so could not use family room as it was too cold. Called Vacasa, was on hold for 30 minutes, and when I did reached a rep they were unable to help and apologized for the experience; I was told someone would call me in the morning, no one did. I sent an email, no one answered. I left a private review, no one answered. All appliances were extremely outdated and bathrooms had holes in walls. All around, extremely disappointing. Vacasa is an amazing concept, but this property is going to hurt their reputation and they need a more responsive staff.

Booked this place for one night (2 days before arrival) on the Friday of MLK 22 weekend. I needed a place with a separate bedroom and, for the price, it was as I expected. Access to the place was easy. Bedroom was perfect - bed was very comfortable. The place was warm and very clean. The sofa pullout was average (not unexpected). The black couch next to the TV in the pictures is not comfortable at all (tough to sit through just one period of the B's game...and they played well that night). Kitchen was dated but functional. Toaster had seen better days...needs to be replaced due to a broken handle... but I was able to MacGyver it and get a bagel toasted. Bathrooms were functional - but dated/below average....floors have a good amount of bounce to them. One of the toilets was broken so you had to shut off the water valve after it flushed - otherwise it ran. I'm sure they will fix that (I left a note). All manageable stuff - we were in at 6pm and checked out at 7:30am to ski. I could have paid an extra $200/night for a similar room layout (the only option I saw) on the Mountain with presumably a much higher quality of accommodations....but didn't seem worth it for one night. I assume there would have been more options with a better quality if I purchased more in advance. If you don't need the extra bedroom - you may get a higher quality place with a studio layout (or booking a motel/hotel).

The view of the mountainside was great. The cleanliness of the unit not as good as it supposed for the price that you pay.the property mng need to think seriuosly about it and improve this service.besides that the other things were ok.

Apartment clean, needed to disclose that this is a multilevel accommodation with many stairs. Many fees that are charge with no benefit to having them other than the cleaning fee.

The toaster, microwave and tv did not work. Ceiling and wall cracks, water leak stains on living room ceiling, very dated furnishings and a terrible musty odor necessitating open windows.
The gas fireplace exploded and sent sparks out onto the rug while we were there.

Older property in need of TLC. Hot water was great, bed creaked every time you moved and pull out coach wasn’t the most comfortable.

The setting of the mountainside resort is picturesque. From this particular room there is no view of the mountains. Also, there are large water stains (NEW) present on the ceiling. The decor is something straight out of the 60's. The internet was in and out of service for 2 days. When contacted VACASA tried to assist. However, the property manager never reached out or made attempts to contact us. We had friends staying in other rooms at the resort that had been updated and cared for over the years. Overall, the resort was good. This room was poorly maintained.

Very clean, but needs updating. Showerheads, blinds, ceiling fan, etc. Water barely comes out of the one showerhead, the vertical blinds didn't shut (I manually turned each one to close them), a light in the ceiling fan was hanging from the base of the bulb. No washer or dryer in the home. Couldn't find the hot tub either. Maybe let us know where these things are?

This condo is ideally located within a few minutes drive of everything Stowe has to offer, including beautiful trails at Stowe mountain, delicious restaurants, shops along Main Street, and the Von Trapp Family Lodge. The WiFi was a little spotty, but fortunately neither of us had to work from home during this vacation and we were able to use cell service to meet our needs. Everything was clean and basic necessities were provided (toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, garbage bags, etc.). If you’re planning to utilize the kitchen, make sure to bring your own salt, pepper, sugar, and things like that as there were none available in the condo. The deck would be beautiful to eat outside in the summer. We had a hiccup with the fireplace, but Vacasa was very helpful in answering our phonecall and sending someone over to fix it promptly. I would definitely recommend these units to a group looking to be spend time in the heart of Stowe!
