Plus, the extensive trail system of Mount Mansfield State Forest will be just the ticket for a day of hiking to Vermont's highest peak! No reservation is required. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We enjoyed our stay and the great view over the mountains. The condo was clean and has a nice living room and well-appointed kitchen. Dining area is tight with a big table and chairs but workable. There is only one air conditioning unit (it's in the dining room) and the condo was extremely hot when we arrived. Windows are hard to operate but we eventually got some open to cool the bedrooms.

The condo's central location to everything in Stowe is a plus, but we ran into a lot of issues we've never experienced when renting previous VRBOs. We weren't informed there is a code to enter the pool area. Once we received it, the pool was "closed" unless we purchased an after hours pass from the office. After searching the property, we realized there is no office on site. The laundry does not take bills or cards. A sign says you can get coins from the nonexistent office. The shared bathroom's shower has little water pressure, which is good since the water runs dangerously hot. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, but there are no basics like salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee filters, etc. Luckily, there are several markets nearby. The oven started to smoke when we preheated it, so we ended up not using it. The living room and bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. There is wifi, but it doesn't work in the bedrooms or on the porch. A few hours after getting home, my daughter realized she left her retainer on the dresser in her bedroom. I called the management company first thing the next day and was told it will cost me $25 to simply ASK housekeeping if they retrieved it when cleaning!?!? We had a lot of fun in Stowe and will visit again, but we will most likely stay in another VRBO site.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was as described, quiet and easy access. The pool and hot tub were also a nice plus.

We will be back to enjoy this cozy lodge. Everything was near by and things were as they are listed.
We were happy.
One thing to note is that it was very hard to get in touch with the host since it's not really a host it's another company like VRBO (Vacasa) and had to message them / go online chat etc and they messaged 24 hours later saying we were very busy.
Other than that it was great.

Great place! The only reason for 4 stars is the kitchen could be better equipped (only a few forks/spoons/etc). It was otherwise perfect!!

Location was convenient. Heat and hot water were very good good. Bed in master was good but beds in second room are very hard. Kitchen faucet not working and WiFi barely working (not working at all in bedrooms). Some coat hooks in the unit would be helpful. Overall, not a bad unit but a couple of things could make a big difference.

The condo was nice. The commode ran water constantly. The twin bed and full beds were extremely hard to sleep on. So much so, they caused our shoulders to hurt the next morning.

The house is a good size space but there are lots of doors/cabinets/windows that are in serious need of maintenance. Closet doors did not open and shut without a lot of effort and the home was not thoroughly cleaned, we found candy stuck to the dining room floor. Sheets towels and bedding all look like they need to be replaced and no thick or heavier blankets for winter weather. Lots of potential but needs some work. Good location and convenient to the mountain for skiing and staff at the condo office were very helpful. Would not be a good spot to telework as the Wi-Fi is spotty and insufficient for more than one connected device.

Our place had everything we needed for our couple night stay. It was summer and we didn't need a fire, but the firewood in supply was a nice touch. Water pressure was really good and hot water was plentiful. Easy to access off the top lot with just a couple stairs on the walkway. We tried to pick a place with a view and this one didn't disappoint. Enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning checking out the scenery.

I would have scored this five stars but the WiFi was terrible. Very frustrating. Fix that and I’d return for sure.

The location of the condo is convenient for a Stowe stay. The condo was very clean but there were some definite detractors (especially for our stay with children)—there is an AC unit in the main area but does not sufficiently cool the bedrooms, it was sweltering for a July stay. There were also no blinds on the second bedroom windows that directly face the parking lot—meaning no privacy and headlights into the room. Only 1 key was provided with 4 adult guests staying for the duration. Overall it served its purpose but I wouldn’t stay again
