It is a nice location and the rooms are spacious with modern facilities.
The staff are generally nice and professional.
The curtain made a noise as we tried to close and the Receptionist on duty 11th night was alert but barely considered it.

A well designed property with a particularly elegant layout of the common areas. Excellent leisure facilities including gym, sauna, steam room, salt room and an indoor pool. Staff courtesy and professionalism of the highest order. Large rooms and comfortable beds.
It’s a shame that the rooftop lounge is closed. I look forward to its reopening one day. In the meantime the ground floor cafe is fine.

Location was awesome, parking was great win. Staff so friendly and helpful. Great rooms - spacious and clean. Nice breakfast. Spa facilities were great!

Tirana is a very noisy city - as the hotel is located right near a main intersection and people drive with their car horns in the city, I was often woken up by cars in the morning.
Staff at the front desk during the day could have put a little more effort into their job and providing recommendations such as knowing about the different types of walking tours rather than just telling me to google it. Although staff were not rude they just seemed a little lackluster and didn't seem that enthusiastic.
The breakfast needs significant improvement compared to other similar hotels around the world. The hotel was a little dated.
