The apartment is beautiful, spacious and very well designed, with the feel of a luxury hotel. The kitchen is very well equipped. Some apartments have a washing machine - our original room did not, but we asked to move to one that did, which was very convenient. About 15 Min drive to Tatralandia.
There are very few electrical outlets outside the kitchen, which was inconvenient. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up the stairs was difficult. There is no air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable on warm days. There is also no dryer, although a folding drying rack is provided. The sleeping arrangement means the children sleep in the same room as the parents, which offers limited privacy. The TV is quite small and positioned in a corner, making it less comfortable to watch.

The location was perfect for exploring the area for hiking and culture. Extremely quiet -- we never heard the other guests. Nice sized apartment with a separate bedroom from living area. Host gave us good recommendations for places to go. We especially loved the restaurant next door--Drak.
No one was at reception when we arrived and phone number at front desk didn't work. Host did come to check in with us later that evening.

The staff is super nice, every request was met with a positive attitude. the apartment is clean and comfortable. The location is great for skiers, however, less great for other ventures.
The TV is really small and located far from the living room area. It is impossible to open a window because of mosquitoes.

The place was magical, a calm and quiet rural atmosphere, with access to a nice little garden.
Little problem with the bed, replaced with another but not that comfortable.
