Breakfast excellent , staff also very helpful and never stopped and very polite
Room missing air con, water in bathroom was unpredictable - hot and cold at the same time , no lift

Friendly staff and great location, excellent view from the room. Good value for the price.
Management adjusting times/ facilities according to number of guests in the hotel to cut down costs. Since it was end of season, and there was only a few guests in the hotel, they decided that bar would close earlier and you are left with no option for chilling in the bar at 8pm when it's written that bar would be open until 10.30pm.
Also food was tasty but breakfast could have been better (lack of toaster, variety of pastries, pancakes).

Great location near the slopes, nice view, big room with drying rack, good breakfast and nice wellness center.
The toilet in the room was very small and a bit difficult to get into.
