The hotel is an excellent choice for families, it has plenty of facilities for all members of the family. The rooms are super clean and very nice. The food is excellent. The swimming pool area is also awesome.
Our room had a view to a construction site, as there is a major construction going on in front of the hotel. This means early morning noise, dust, and everything that comes with it.

- Great selection of breakfast. There were different meals everyday, waffle maker, pancakes, fruits. Loved it!
- The room was very clean and spacious. Soundproofing was really good. Very quiet during the day and night.
- Spa area is big and various for every taste. Three jacuzzis, outdoor pool, indoor pools, salt area, different saunas.
- There was black mold in the grids of jacuzzis.
- TV service for YouTube or screen sharing didn’t work and the staff said they can’t fix it at the moment.
- During our stay the outdoor pool was closed “due to possible worsening of the weather”. Which was weird considering it was sunny those 3 days. But the day of our departure, they opened it when there was a big pile of dark clouds coming from the mountains. Lol
- The staff looked surly. Except of the ladies at the spa area, everyone else never even smiled to us. One of the bartender barked at me when I sat at the restaurant table to wait for my drink in a bathrobe. Ok, how about just normally saying it?

The one big let down was we were not told about the building work that is been done in building a new thermal pools, for the understand the work needs to be done, and that was really not the problem, but it’s more to the point that we were not told this work was being done and when you drive up there and greeted by mud on the road diggers trucks, first impressions you feel let down

Good location, beautiful view from the spa, excellent breakfast — everything was delicious. The lobby area is beautifully furnished and very elegant.
The service at the lobby was not very pleasant — about fifty-fifty. Some staff members gave the impression that they didn’t really want to interact with us and just wanted to get it over with. Out of three elevators, only one was working at first, later two started operating, but there were many guests, so during breakfast, checkout, and dinner hours it sometimes took a long time to get an elevator.
The building and interior feel quite outdated, as if from the 1980s, with some attempts at renovation that didn’t really succeed. The Wi-Fi on the sixth floor was very poor and barely worked, and mobile reception there was also weak. Maybe we missed it in the description, but it was a surprise to find out that both parking and the extended spa access were paid — and the spa fee was only for two hours, not for the whole day.
Inside the spa, there was too much chlorine — it quickly dried out the skin and irritated the eyes. If this is really a four-star hotel, I’d say it falls short by a lot. I wouldn’t stay there again.
