paradise in the Tatra mountains

an incredible location with a view of the Tatra mountains , delicious breakfast, helpfulness of staff, cleanliness of our apartment,,quiet rooms, comfortable beds, warm rooms. the staff responded instantly to our requests to provide us with heaters, giving us fresh towels etc.

Family friendly with beautiful views

Beautiful property with wonderful views of the mountains. Perfectly located for cycling and hiking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to meet our requests. The studio was clean, specious and appropriately equipped. The daily breakfast buffet offered a lot of choice and was served in flexible hours, allowing us to get some extra sleep in the morning if we needed to, or to have it early enough if we wanted to leave for a morning hike. There was plenty of staff on hand to help you and tables were cleared efficiently.

The bed sheets provided were not long enough to cover whole mattress. Similarly, we weren't provided with enough towels for 5 guests staying at the studio. This issue, however, was immediately rectified as soon as we raised it. We were quite unlucky to stay at the property at the same time as a group of very noisy guests on a stag do. They were completely disrespectful of other guests, playing very, very loud music at night when everyone was asleep and in the mornings when guests including ourselves were trying to enjoy our breakfast on the outside restaurant terrace. They were ignorant to any guests' requests and complaints to keep the noise down, and in such circumstances, we would expect an immediate response from the staff/owners and for them to be more strict in dealing with such problematic guests. It's a shame as otherwise it was a wonderful stay and we would be keen to return when visiting the Polish mountains.

The view was really amazing and the balcony was nice. The premises was very clean. The food at the restaurant was very tasty!

The room was quite small, bed was squashed in one corner and quite narrow. There were no curtains (only creme colored blinds who let the sun in at 5.30am, which woke me up). It was a bit pricey overall.

The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. You have everything in the room what you need. The view is just breathtaking, you can see Zakopane and the mountains from the top. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, with excellent coffee. We could take our two border collie dogs with us as well. We will come back again for sure!

Be careful with the way up to the venue as it is quite steep with car.

Pleasant stay with amazing view!

We liked the view the most! It was absolutely stunning. We loved that the apartmant was cleaned and neat with amazing terrace. We also enjoyed the breakfast, it had everything we needed. Also the food in restaurant for dinner was really delicious with good prices. We also appreciated that we could make our own coffee/ tea in the apartment. The stuff was very helpful and friendly, helped us with our questions. The Butorowy dwor yes indeed, is located in a hill so be prepared for it. It offers also outdoor playground for kids.

What we really didnt enjoy were beds. They were so uncomfortable, so small. I had a backpain from sleeping there. If you change beds, it can be 10 stars from possible 10. Good luck. 👍

Was not easy to find, but we called them and were guided. Mountain view is just magical. Restaurant serves great food. Wouls realy recommend to stay there.

Great views and staff. Road into and out of the property is not pleasant whatsoever.

The staff are great. Friendly and helpful. Due to COVID, we were the only persons checked in during our stay for 3 of the 4 nights of our reservation. Sadly this also created the situation where they asked for them to close their restaurant after 5 PM. With COVID this caused a problem in having to drive all the way into Zakopane or order delivery to eat dinner. But we didn't want to inconvenience people if we were the only ones. Thankfully we didn't have other guests at the resort since the only room, for some reason, we could have was one next to the parking lot an front entry way. Didn't make sense. If the bookings were up, this would have been an incredibly noisy reservation and would have changed our review. Breakfast delivered to our table was great and the staff were wonderful.

The location. The drive, we had our own vehicle, involves traversing up a road under significant construction. Partially paved and the rest is tore up and appears not be in the final stages anytime soon. The worst part is entering the property. A STEEP hill and tight corners on a one-way (pray nobody is opposing you while going either up or down). The parking area up near the resort is tight and not comfortable for getting in and out one's parking spot without major stress.,

Amazing location and view to the mountains. Friendly staff. Beautiful handmade furniture. Very good breakfast with freshly made eggs.

Too small bed. No refrigerator and tea /coffee making facilities. Very difficult to find access road to hotel, because of blurry sign on the main road.

Superb

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, nice kitchen.

It would be natural to expect tea kettle and heat radiator in the room at ski resort but they were missing. However, hot water was all time available at the restaurant and mobile radiator has been borrowed at the hotel.
