Very clean and spacious rooms. comfortable. good facilities. great for family with kids. very good breakfast with big variety and every one can find something for himself. sauna and the pool are great!

The hotel is very nice and the room was excellent – clean, comfortable, stylish, with a great bed and a beautiful view. Breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious, including local dishes. The staff speak very good English and were friendly and helpful.
Free on-site parking was available, and there is a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away with direct access to Zakopane city center in about 25 minutes.
The only negative aspect was that a neighboring family appeared to be using drugs, so there was a strong smell of marijuana in the corridor throughout the weekend, which unfortunately also entered our room. Because of this, we had to ventilate both the corridor and the room frequently. Their children were often left unattended in the hallway, where they were bored and made a lot of noise. This was, of course, not the children’s fault, but rather the parents’, who seemed to prioritize drug use over taking care of their children.

Breakfast and dinner were exceptional (we had half board).
Staff was very friendly, most of them we met also spoke english.
Sauna was great, 95C. Steam bath also OK.
Most of the texts in the hotel were only in polish. I mean its not a big issue with google translate today, but It feels stupid to walk around at dinner, and type the dishes name into my phone, to have a clue what it is.
