We were upgraded to use the connected rooms.
The rooms were clean.
Access to accommodation is separate from the pub.
For our own purposes for seven days, Doonside Hotel was perfect

We were warned about the location so we did not loiter outside at night.

The room was freshly renovated with new carpet. It looked very up market with the timber bed head.

I really liked how clean and comfortable the place was. The location was also super convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. It had a nice, relaxing vibe overall.
