Stayed here for New year and it was lovely. Fanstatic helpful staff and dining options were great with the west hq across the hotel. Was slightly out of the city centre but wasnt a problem. We just travelled by train in to sydeny harbout. All in all great hotel and experience. Recommend if you want soemthing outsode of the ciry area that includes entertainment including bowling, gaming and restaurants.

I enjoyed our stay especially that our room was adjacent to two of my children’s rooms. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time.

Especially reception staff. Close to all amenities that we required.
Only negative was that they only had one chair in the room not two as there were two of us.

Rooms were lovely, clean and spacious, The beds were comfy. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Parking was easy and the range of food within the restaurant plus near by was great.

Great room.. Great location. Only problem, if I had to pick one, was that the room was very big, and the TV on the wall was only a little bit bigger than a microwave.. Otherwise it's a great hotel. Would stay there again!

This is our second stay and we absolutely loved it. The staff were all very friendly and at your service. Hotel was very clean and tidy. We will definitely stay there again.

Disappointed in size of TV, very hard to see as it was quite small. Fridge was not cold. Beds fantastic and shower fantastic.

This is not 4* hotel at best I would say 3* the floor had crumbs still on it, the milk was UHT which is not nice and the cost of staying there I would expect fresh milk. The paint had peeled off the door to my room. The fan in bathroom did not turn off and being a light sleeper was disturbing even though the door was closed. Tv was very temperamental.
Dont go here for a veiw unless you like looking at industrial roofing.
Taxis are soooo expensive one cab from the airport was $200, to the airport $150 !!
In the morning there were some kind of workman gang occupying all the sofas leaving me no where to sat whilst awaiting my can, early morning receptionist lead me to the wrong cab, saying he did not know which one was mine thank goodness my driver noted the mistake, and called out to me, the driver of the wrong cab refused to give me my bags back!
Staff were lovely and the food good, sadly despite this I wont go back

It was nice to go to a motel room that had lovely space in it.
Lovely array of tea and coffee service in your room. Beautifully updated bathroom, beautiful big windows to let lots of light in.
Staff was all friendly and happy to help.
We had the buffet breakfast downstairs, what a beautiful array of choice, well-cooked covered every angle of what people would like to eat and drink. Staff at breakfast very helpful and obliging.

I booked a room with a king size bed. The room was big enough to put a 2nd king size bed.
The only thing that got me a little bit, was trying to find the entrance to the car park.

Guest laundry and ice machine were great. Staff were friendly. Room was quiet. Access to offsite pool, albeit a walk across the carpark, was disappointing. We were turned away from the aquatic centre because it wasn't open to hotel guests until 7pm.
