Located in El Granada, this lovely house for $639 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Beautiful beach house with an ocean view. One block away (2-3 minute walk) from Miramar beach, one of the best beaches in Half Moon Bay. The house is also a walking distance from other popular beaches like Surfer's beach and Poplar beach; as well as the coastal trail, Pillar Point Harbor, the marina, and many of the best ranked restaurants in the area. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. No activities allowed in the backyard after 10PM. The house is fully equipped and includes all essentials. It is made up of: 3 bedrooms (queen or king bed in each room), including one master bedroom with a bathroom. A living room and a dinning area. A fully equipped kitchen. A second bathroom. A sauna room. A garage where you can park your car. A big backyard with a jacuzzi and a BBQ. A deck with a spectacular ocean view. You can barrow our two bikes, boogie board, beach chairs, and umbrella during your stay. TV includes an active Netflix account.

Philip's spot is in the absolute perfect location! So lovely to be just a block away from the coastal trail. The house was spacious and very comfortable for 6 of us. Also the beds were so comfy!!

Perfect location about a block from the beach, with a big, level backyard, hot tub, and lots of room for the family to spread out and relax. Philip was an excellent host, a genuinely good guy who went out of his way to make sure we had a great time.

This home was exceptionally clean. Very spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Ocean view from the living room and front deck was enjoyed by all, and we enjoyed being a short walk from Miramar Beach Restaurant, an excellent spot for oceanside fare. My family had a wonderful weekend getaway here and we would love to return on our next visit to Half Moon Bay!

Comfortable place very near the ocean. Loved the little deck out front to sit and view. Phillip is an excellent host. Thanks for the coffee, water, and wine! Really delicious restaurants nearby, plenty of seafood and dining with beautiful views.

This lovely home is perfectly situated for a visit to the Half Moon Bay coastal area. It’s on a quiet street, only a block from the beach and serves as a great “home base.” Three people or couples are well accommodated in this very comfortable home. It was nice having the option of a jacuzzi or sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property!

I recently stayed at this property for a weekend. The house was very clean, well taken care of and on a very private, large corner lot with a hot tub and a very nice patio with an ocean view. The three bedrooms with 2 queens and a king bed was ideal for 3 couples. The location in a quaint stretch of Miramar Beach is great - just a few houses away from the beach and a couple of blocks from the Miramar Beach Restaurant. The owner was easy to communicate with, we had a very nice weekend and would certainly rent this home again.

Older home but very clean and well taken care of. It has everything you will need. The location is perfect. You will love sitting on the chairs on the patio watching the waves. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Would stay there again!

Home was clean and comfortable. Beds were great.
Sauna worked well for senior citizen ache-ing joints.
Even though only a few blocks from Rte 1, traffic noise was almost imperceptible.
Neighborhood is quiet and friendly, ocean is a short block away and has a lovely view.
Beach entry is several blocks away but beach is walkable and delightfully long. Beach trail overlooking beach is another nice feature.

Great location
We enjoyed our stay in Half Moon Bay. We were a very short walk to the beach and Phillip was quick to respond to our questions. The weather was a lot cooler than we expected as we are from Georgia so be sure to pack jackets! We were a short drive to San Francisco and an hour away from Santa Cruz to warmer beaches. Half Moon Bay is a perfect location!

Lovely
It was such a nice house. Very well kept, just a short walk to the beach, and the Miramar beach restaurant. It had lovely views and a spacious back yard. My friends unfortunately got a little too loud one night after I'd gone to bed, so I was informed to tell them to keep it down, but that was the only "issue". The owner was kind and understanding. Thank you again for hosting us, we absolutely loved your home.

This house is perfect! The short walk to the beach makes the location great. It's in a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. The house itself it stocked with everything you'd need and is beautifully decorated. All of the rooms and beds were cozy and inviting. The kids loved the hot tub and picking lemons off the lemon tree in the back yard. Communication with the host was fast and easy. If we make it out to the west coast again, I'd definitely stay here!
