About this house rental
Wonderful home nestled on the border of Mesa and Gilbert. The home has a pool and spa and is set up to be pet friendly, however, if your pet causes any damages (excess pet hair/ stains/ etc) you will be charged. There is also a large, covered patio in the backyard with a grill.
No parties or loud noises are allowed after 10 PM and before 6 AM. Any violation will result in a fine of up to $2500. Parking on the street overnight is not allowed. *Pool and Spa heating has an extra charge

We stayed at this property for 18 days, having to extend our stay because of plumbing problems at our home. The host was amazing and was able to allow us to move in early and also extended our stay with no problems and no headaches. They were upfront about the cost for the extension of time and were flexible with the payment plan that I had to follow because of banking restrictions. The property was nice, there were plenty of windows which made the house bright and open. The pool was a favorite place for my kids to spend their time. It was central to what we needed, close by grocery stores and near the school/work of my brother which was helpful.

Everything about the stay and hosts was 5 stars. Could not recommend any higher.

The stay was OK. The beds were comfortable. The pool was cloudy upon arrival and the spa was cold. It was taken care of by the 3rd day but the kids were disappointed and we did not use the pool and spa. The downstairs toilet was not flushed upon are arrival and it was off putting to be sure. The house was picked up but the cleaning was superficial. I expected more for the money.
