It is very neat and clean
Staff is super friendly and always willing to help
I initially booked for 2 nights but extended my stay for
3 more nights . Although price was high but the hotel
gave me special discount without asking . What a lovely gesture of hospitality.
The property is very peaceful . Usually the beach front properties has certain smell but this property has none . Beautiful pool . Best place for families.

The nicest place we stayed in Thailand. Stylish, comfortable, modern. We had a pool access room and two little kids so it was easy to play and get some privacy. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it as comfortable as possible and got to know our kids in the kids club.
It is a little isolated from restaurants, and hard to go out at night.

The pools were all amazing. Especially the villa pool x which was the biggest private pool I've ever seen.
The breakfast buffet was also wonderful with so many good quality options.
Some things in the room were in disrepair. It didn't affect our enjoyment, but it did show that they needed to do some upkeep. For example the scale in the room didn't work, some planks on the back deck were warped with the corners lifted, and the bathtub leaked a bit from the bottom when it was filled too high.
However none of these things stopped us from enjoying the room to the fullest.
