We were impressed with our stay at Eagle's Neat! The host was awesome with communication and answered my messages within minutes. The apartment was immaculate and stocked with everything needed. The hot tub and pool on the property were also super clean and we really enjoyed using both. The road IS noisy, mainly on the Friday night of our stay, but we figured out is was mainly one car driving back and forth on the road revving the engine. The host had left 2 pairs of ear plugs per bedroom which was very thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about this place, especially the location!!! Clean and had everything we needed. Loved being callable to walk along the water and into downtown Dunedin. Great coffee nearby, too!

Great vacation for my family - the location is right in town close to all the restaurants and breweries and stores. The property is gorgeous and the pool was great - so clean and heated (the pool deck gets hot so have water shoes). Grill was great and the unit was spacious and the bedding primo. Highly recommend.

Property was clean. 1 night I had to park my car at my aunts and uber. we only had 1 car and 4 units with 4 parking spaces would be ok if people used 1 and if had 2 cars pulled up and parked behind the other. Also, the hot rub is not private and shared and a creapy man lurked in it. otherwise it was ok.No blendee was a downside also.
