We had an enjoyable time in Dunedin, the Pink Flamingo was located in the middle of everything Dunedin is famous for. We took walks with the dog in the neighborhood, walked around the corner for dinner and drinks, the new shopping area was a very short ride away at the pier. A few blocks away was the great downtown shopping area. Owner was responsive to any questions we had, we both talked about coming back with our respective families in the future.

The washing machine does not work properly. It is very frustrating to use, sometimes it drains and other times it doesn't and you are left with a load of clothes in soapy water. They said to run it through different cycles to get it to drain which eventually will work but this is not a fix for the problem. The front screen door doesn't close properly, you have to manipulate it to get it to close.
