There is NO PARTIES , there is noise ordinance after 9pm outside. No more than 5 people max. NO REFUNDS , there is $50 pet fee that you will see when you add pet to reservation.

It was a cozy little stay, for the weekend. Make sure you ask about wifi before hand. But plenty of available appliances if needed. Really cute, and secure! We enjoyed our stay

Lovely, quiet location close to everything we wanted! Great for people with pets - lots of trails nearby and close to Honeymoon Island dog beach. Easy instructions for arrival and parking

This is such a quaint little place great for one three people. I felt very secure as a single person I would recommend this place. The host was always in communication and answered my questions.
