The location was excellent! We wanted a Vatican City holiday and could not have been happier with the location: close to St Peter’s Square and surrounded by eateries and cafes.
Being on a main road with traffic & restaurants on the ground floor, it could be a little on the busy / noisy side but the double shutters coped with this well.
Inside the property, the shower could do with fixing: the head was leaking & the drainage barely worked. With two people to shower, it took very long for the water to drain before the second person could use it…

The property is well located, a short walk to the Vatican and in a lovely district of Rome. The beds were comfortable and clean. Shower and washroom perfectly adequate for a short stay.
The air conditioner was a little noisy and we were unable to leave it on when we went out. The key system for electricity requires a separate flashlight so you can find where to put it in the dark!

I was very pleased with the room and the proximity and walking distances to to the vatican and museum and shops. My landlady was very friendly and when I arrived was waiting for me.

The location was prefect, just off the main shopping street in the Vatican area, walking distance to the Vatican, Basicila di San Pietro and the Castel Sant' Angelo and lots of bars and restaurants.
It was a comfy enough bed, and felt very secure with a few different locked doors to go through to get to our room.
The shower had great water pressure
The Air Con was working really hard but could not cool down our room. My husband and I were very uncomfortable when trying to sleep and woke through the night lots and up early because it was so hot.
The app didn't work for entry and when I messaged the accommodation, I didn't get a reply until the day before we checked out.
You had to use your key to put on the electricity, including the lights, and could not remove the key to leave it in so that the air conditioning night have a chance to cool down the room for us coming back in the evening. When exiting the room and removing the key, the sensor lights don't come on until you're at the main front door so we needed a torch to lock our room door as it was pitch black. We also needed a torch on entry to find the key slot to turn on our lights.
