Location and had everything I needed
Most appliances are outdated. The bathroom also is very small and outdated. They need to upgrade the shower mat.

I liked the trolley/van - no driving. Except the vans were not labeled. And they were not on the tram trackers - this was very confusing.
You need magnet signage and flags for on the vans so people know they are sea Colony transportation.
The $50 charge when I used the tram and beach ONLY. This cost should not be applied- it makes the corporation look greedy by nickel and dime everyone!
You need to do a deep clean in your places at least twice the year. Dust across walls, tops of lamps, beside dressers that are close to walls. Otherwise the place was nice and tidy.

AC would not go below 72 degrees and it was uncomfortable at times, should be at least 68-70
