Fully equipped kitchen with coffee provided, comfortable, and relaxing. Fans and smart TV's in every room. Walking distance to the boardwalk, which starts 2 blocks away, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, the fun zone, pier, Lido marina, shopping, surfing, boogie boarding and restaurants. After a day in paradise, the fun does not end. When the sun goes down, there is plenty to do! If you want a great meal, you are at the right place! Known for our seafood, you will have to try one of fabulous restaurants. From fine dining to a quick meal, you will find it here! For the entire family, enjoy the amusement rides at the Fun Zone, numerous gift shops, and lots of bike riding, scooters, volleyball, and more. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday at this lovely beach home. We loved the decor, the kitchen had all we needed ( may need a better potato peeler:) The beach is a hop, skip and a jump. I loved waking up to the sun and grabbing our pups and head to the beach with my cup of coffee. We walked everywhere! The owner is a sweetheart. Communication was excellent! The only thing to be aware of is the traffic noise on Balboa Blvd. I’m a light sleeper so it was a bit of a challenge for me until I found the air purifier in one of the guest rooms. Turned that thing on and drowned out the noise. We will return! Oh also we loved our neighbor!

I stayed with my husband and kids (2 adult children and their spouses). We ate out or carried in the whole time as it was easy to walk everywhere. Bikes and boogie boards were great. Front porch table was great for eating take out.

The beach house was exactly as described and we had a great stay. Super short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. There is a nice park across the street if traveling with pets and looking for a place for them to go. Enjoyed sitting out in front with morning coffee and we used the BBQ once for dinner. Thanks for hosting us!

We enjoyed our stay, nice size rooms for our family of 5 (3 small kids). Had everything we needed. Parking is a bit tight but doable (we have a Subaru Ascent). 3 min walk to beach. Front porch can be a bit loud as Balboa Blvd is busy, but not bad. The one drawback were the mosquito's! I didn't know CA had them but there were everywhere and in the house. Overall a nice place for a beach vacation.

Loved the property and location. Even when there was an issue with the upstairs shower, contact from owner was immediate and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. Would highly recommend!

This place is covered with ants! The kitchen, the master bath, all the floors, even the bed in the master! I have never been so freaked out. It's the perfect location, but not worth it.

Our stay was great. The home is two blocks from beach, a short bike ride to the pier, across the street from park with basketball courts and walking distance to market/Starbucks. Patio is facing a busy street and can get loud, however, the weekend was overcast with a cool onshore breeze and the layout of the patio protects from those winds. Overall, lots of memories made with family, highly recommended!

This is a great value and the house is beautifully maintained. The upstairs master is gorgeous. Kitchen was well stocked. The parking is inconvenient (two places but one is in a very small garage that is packed with bikes). It is a 2 min walk to the beach but a rather long bike ride or drive to the shops etc off the boardwalk. Lastly and importantly for us (but it didn’t phase our friends) the house faces a really busy street. So the front patio is 2 feet from one of the main through streets in the area. In short there is no outside space to really enjoy as it was Super noisy. Traffic was Loud inside too. But Andrea was lovely and the location close to beach was fantastic.

Easy stay in Newport. Very clean with slippers provided to avoid tracking sand within property. Downstairs living area is a little tight (for lounging) if you have a group of 5 or more. Upstairs master bedroom very comfortable.

My family and I enjoyed a memorable Thanksgiving at this property. The home is just two blocks from the beach. Our 17 year old surfed while his dad and I rode bikes (provided by the hosts) along the Strand. We rode the bikes everywhere. No need for a car! Thanksgiving dinner was easily prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, and we comfortably hosted 3 additional family members that day - 6 for a late afternoon dinner. We enjoyed this meal outdoors as the weather was perfect during our staying. The home is very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable. Andrea, the host, quickly responded to a question we had. We will be in touch for another stay in the future! Thank you!

Great location for getting to the beach- less than two blocks to the beach! The property had all that we needed for staying at the beach! Really appreciate having boogie boards, beach chairs, bikes etc. to use while there. Beautifully decorated house and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. A truly wonderful beach house!

Loved the extras left by the host:water bottle on every nightstand,personalized notes, plenty of beach supplies,toiletries, bikes etc. This was our first time visiting Newport Beach and we were impressed with the accommodations. The only negative would be the noise of the road outside but that is to be expected. Everything else was great.

We rent in West Newport Beach every year around the same time and I think we officially found the home we will continuously rent year over year! Had my parents, husband and my two children (ages 2 and 3) and it was the perfect size. Having the master bedroom upstairs provided that separation needed at the end of a fun day. Location was perfect, host was quick and responsive. Looking forward to staying again next year! Thank you, Andrea☀️🌊🥰

Upon arrival we were greeted with hand written notes welcoming us and new house slippers… WOW!!! We were immediately impressed with the personal touch. The home is amazing and well laid out. The extra bikes and beach items were a nice bonus, too! It was our first vacation at Newport Beach and we had an excellent experience. We were close to the beach, grocery store and shopping!
