The hotel is wonderful, and our first impression was shaped by the receptionist, Mohamed Ali.
He made our stay fantastic through his warm welcome, a room upgrade, and a smooth check-in process, ensuring we enjoyed two wonderful nights. We would have loved to extend our stay, but we had to return to work.
This was our first visit to the hotel, and we will certainly be back.
