The stay itself was very comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Everyone I interacted with had a lovely attitude and was always willing to help. Housekeeping was also amazing and did a great job throughout my stay. The AC wasn’t working very well at first, but as soon as I complained, they responded quickly and fixed the issue, which I really appreciated.
My main issue, and unfortunately a very major one for me, was the construction happening directly across the road. It was extremely loud for long periods of time and made it difficult to properly relax. I understand that this is outside the hotel’s control, but the noise significantly affected my overall experience. The location was also a little further from everything than I expected, although that wasn’t a big deal.

Exceptional staff and reception team. Lovely interactions with servers at breakfast. The security and valet team welcomed us everytime we entered hotel- and the housekeeping staff kept our rooms clean and organized in a timely manner. The location of the hotel was just perfect for our needs.
Maybe 3-4 more options at breakfast to make it exciting. Perhaps a 'rotating menu' of protein packed foods to ensure multiple audiences feel engaged with the breakfast experience. Just a minor improvement request.
