It’s a very lovely building. The accommodations are comfortable and very clean. We didn’t use the pool but went to look at it and it is very nice too. Everyone was super nice that works there. The biggest bonus for us is that they are pet friendly without any extra fees. I definitely would book a room here again!!

The smell of marijuana and kids running down the hall very early in the morning.

The front desk staff was friendly, the aesthetic is typical of Kimpton and they serve great coffee in the lobby. The 1st two are table stakes- the 3rd is often overlooked! I appreciate an La Colombe upgrade over the typical brown water sludge.

My travel companion was surprised with a cockroach in her room and the $55+ nightly parking felt egregious. Also, while not specifically related to the property- Buckhead has drifted far from being the "Beverly Hills of Atlanta" that it was 15+ years ago. I'd likely stay in a different part of town next visit
