The entrance is not clearly marked and was difficult to locate at first.

Location, Staff was very helpful,
Sheets were not the right size, they had holes in them! There was food, or something on the desk chair! I felt the pricing was alittle high for water, food! Enjoyed our weekend!!

Location and convenience to Chastain Amphitheater and walkable to Lenox Square were important to us. I was able to turn down the temperature in the room at night to sleep. Very important for us.
Tub/Shower Combo could have been better. I know it's an older Suiss Hotel so I don't hold that against you. Overall appearance and decor of the hallways and room were great.
