Situated in Chattanooga, this attractive house for $225 per night is a great choice for your next trip. located 1 mile north of the market street bridge. walk, bike or golf cart all over downtown! less than a half of a mile from stringers ridge bike track. open floor plan with kitchen , living room , dining room, all in one large room. from the living room windows u can see the sunset behind lookout mountain. originally built in the 1920's this home still has accents of the era, original glass door knobs and doors, brick chimneys , stone fireplace. the backyard is completely private and wooded with a fire pit and ample parking in a large private driveway.bbq grill has been added.

My family has a few properties that we have as rentals and I have to say, this house is top notch! House was beautifully planned out and decorated. Clean and not cluttered. Ample parking…(security lights are a nice touch as well). the hill on the driveway got my wife’s car on our way in but…hey…its Tennessee!…it’s hilly…I should have been a little more careful. To be fair, so I don’t come across as a suck up, The only thing I would change is the landscaping in front. The house is beautiful and it has such a great potential look even better by making a nice little yard with landscaping in the front. Other Than that….FANTASTIC! I would rent again in a second(if I didn’t have to drive 9 hours to get there) Thank you both! Keep up the great work.

Came to Chattanooga to watch our son compete in the Ironman. The house and location could not have been better. Able to walk to the riverfront in a few minutes. Great restaurants nearby. House was clean and nicely remodeled. Sure beats staying in a hotel downtown without our furry friends. Thanks!

We were very excited to visit Chattanooga for the first time. The property was just as it was portrayed on Vrbo. It was clean and well appointed- we had everything we needed. The location is fabulous for getting around Chattanooga. We truly enjoyed our stay! The only issue was that the yard is loaded with Poison Oak, so if you are traveling with children or dogs (who do get a reaction, but can get the oil on theirs fur and transmit poison oak to their humans), Beware!

We had a great weekend visit, the house was perfect, and Kris was great. He was very responsive to our questions and provided helpful suggestions. The house was in a great location, it was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. Our only regret was not having more time to stay and enjoy it (and the hot tub) more!

Our families had wonderful experiences with most of what Chattanooga has to offer largely because of this spectacular rental. It is a beautiful and spacious home, the owners were fabulously attentive, and location could not have been better. We would definitely stay again.

We love coming to Chattanooga, so much to do with younger children! After our last stay at this property, we knew we wanted to stay again. Very clean property, well stocked, and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.. On top of all that, as I said before, is that you cannot beat the location!! It is so close to EVERYTHING! Excellent place to stay.

The property was everything as advertised. Spacious, well stocked, and clean. The weather was perfect for various time of day dips in the hot tub. And last, but not least, the location is phenomenal! Just a few easy minutes from everything! 4 min from Renaissance Park. 5 min to the Aquarium. 9 min to the Zoo.. Awesome stay! Will definitely come again!

This is a great little home close to downtown Chattanooga and all the attractions. The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen has everything you can possibly need, and the hot tub is clean and well maintained. Owners are extremely responsive and helpful. The only caution I have is that the driveway is steep, we managed to scrape our tow hitch a couple times, no matter what angle we tried. Part of being in the hills, but definitely worth knowing before you go if you have a lower vehicle. Would 100% stay here again.

We had an absolute blast! The owner has done some great remodeling finishes! The house is way more spacious then pictures show. Best of all it’s extremely close to mikes hole in the wall which is the best bar in Chattanooga! Great stay would recommend to anyone can’t wait to come back!

This house is exactly as described and is conveniently located. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and the comfort and ease of the other features of the home. The owners live next door and are very rapid on questions or any concerns. I would strongly recommend this rental. It is close but has the put in country feel! Will definitely be returning to Chattanooga and this home.!
