Entire property is fully enclosed by a privacy fence so no need to worry about the kiddos playing outside. This house includes 1 master bedroom with a king bed, a guest room with a king bed, and a 2nd guest room with a queen over queen bunk bed, so the house can comfortably sleep 8 adults and/or children. The kitchen is fully furnished and you will find everything you need to cook any delicious meal you are craving. We enjoyed our stay here. Super cute house. Great communication with the owner. Early check in. Place was clean and instructions for check in and out were easy. We enjoyed the back yard fire pit and hot tub. Close to downtown for us to take the kids to all the places we wanted to visit. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

The property is clean, well furnished, and offered many extra surprise amenities such as snack basket, extra storage containers, seasonings for cooking, and nice cookware. When we arrived we were a bit scared due to the poorly kept neighborhood and having to park on the street; however, we didn’t have any issues at all and even enjoyed time in the backyard hot tub.

We couldn’t go in as the neighborhood was way too unsafe as evidenced by the house being surrounded by a ten foot fence around the entire perimeter. Do not stay here. It is not conveniently located and it is not safe. You are one block from the Chattanooga housing project and there were people Loitering against the fence. We did not go in so we cannot speak to the cleanliness of the interior. VRBO should allow for address listings when booking. It’s a predatory practice. The property manager was fine and did offer an alternate stay.

We had a great time at the house. It had everything we needed, was clean and nicely refurbished. The back yard was great and we used the gas fireplace out back every night we were there. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly with needed help. The neighborhood hood was a little rough but safe enough. Thanks again for the stay!

This was a beautiful home to stay in. It was well-maintained, newly renovated, and the accommodations were very comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub and arcade game. The neighborhood was questionable and unfortunately we will not be back due to the location of the house. However, the owners were a delight to work with.

The house was clean and well kept. The hot tub was a nice added bonus! It was convenient to downtown Chattanooga as well as fun trips to Chickamauga, GA and AL. The neighborhood looked a little run down, but we had no issues. Overall we had a wonderful experience in Chattanooga!

What a great house. We were just there for a weekend but had everything we needed. The decor is beautiful. The hot tub is great. Propane fire pit is very nice. Special touches like bottles of water, coffee, creamer etc. Host made sure we got in ok etc. I will absolutely stay there again. The neighborhood was questionable but we had no problems with anyone.

We had an amazing stay at Boho East! Winding down each of our busy days in the hot tub was so relaxing. When we first pulled up we weren’t too sure about the neighborhood, but seeing lots of families helped ease those concerns. The house was convenient to downtown, the breweries that we wanted to visit, and the major touristy sites that we hit up. The house was well furnished with the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in in a VRBO. The snacks and water were well appreciated, especially the Moon Pies! The property had everything you could ask for. The hot tub and fenced in backyard made for a relaxing stay. The interior of the home was clean and well decorated with plenty of space for our family of 5. The house came stocked with everything we needed and communication with the property management was great. It was a quick 8-10 minute drive to all the downtown attractions.

This place has everything you need. The house was perfect and had so many extra bonuses. I will admit the area was not the greatest when arriving, however zero issues and very quiet. Communication with the property manager was spot on and he was super generous. It’s located about 10 minutes from downtown, a couple minutes from the local highway, and just minutes from grocery stores and other small shops. I would definitely recommend and would stay at location again!

The property was AMAZING! From the moment we walked in we felt at home. It is decorated beautifully and the host thought of EVERYTHING! They had games for the kids, coffee, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, soap at the sinks and in the showers, shampoo, condition- they had it all! We had some questions on arrival and the host was very responsive- they even offered suggestions on things to do while we were in town. 10 out of 10!

Decor was adorable! Everything super clean and very comfortable. Beds were great! We all enjoyed the backyard, teenagers loved the horseshoes, corn hole boards, fire pit and hot tub. Cozy but plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. The neighborhood was very quiet. Great communication with the property management, quick to offer suggestions for things to do and restaurants. You’ll enjoy your stay at the Boho East Villa!
