First of all, I’d like to mention the quick and helpful communication with the administration. Early check-in was a big plus. The access codes worked perfectly, which was very convenient as we didn’t have to worry about keys.
The apartment has everything you need, with plenty of plates, cups, pans, pots, and cutlery. We also didn’t hear any noise during the night, so the soundproofing seems to be good.
The biggest advantage is the location. The tram and metro stations are very close, making it easy to get to the city center. There are also plenty of shops and cafés nearby.
Some plates had some dried leftovers, it wasn't critical, but not really pleasant. There was also a sticky stain on one shelf in the fridge. The cutting board is quite old, has deep cuts and doesn’t smell very good. It would be great to replace it with a new one and ideally replace it regularly once it gets deeply scratched, as bacteria can accumulate in the cuts. The knives could be sharper. The duvet cover also had some small stains.
Overall, the apartment is fine, just needs a little improvement in cleaning and kitchen equipment 🙏

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time in Vienna. From the beginning, everything was very well organised, and we immediately felt comfortable with the whole experience.
The self check-in system was very convenient and made our arrival completely stress-free. The instructions were clear, easy to follow, and allowed us to arrive according to our own schedule without any complications. We really appreciated the flexibility and the smooth process, especially after travelling.
The apartment itself was very comfortable, well-furnished, and thoughtfully prepared. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, with a practical layout and a welcoming atmosphere. The furnishings were carefully chosen, making the space feel both functional and cosy. It was clear that attention had been given to creating a comfortable environment where guests can relax and feel at home during their visit.
We especially appreciated how well-equipped the apartment was. Having everything arranged properly made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Whether we were starting our day before exploring Vienna or returning after a long day in the city, the apartment provided a comfortable place to rest and recharge.
Also, a special mention must go to the guest service team! Their communication was excellent throughout our stay. They were always friendly, professional, and very responsive whenever we had questions. It was reassuring to know that support was available whenever needed, and their approach made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Their quick responses and helpful attitude added a very personal touch to our stay and made the entire process feel effortless.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Definitely recommended!!

Second time here, this time in June, and the heat was no joke that week. We mentioned it and the host sorted us out with electric fans without making it a whole thing, just quietly solved it. That kind of attentiveness is why we came back in the first place.
Check-in was smooth as always, instructions clear beforehand, straight in with no waiting around. The apartment is exactly as we remembered it, clean, bright, well arranged. Not huge but everything is placed sensibly, separate bedroom, a proper sitting area, kitchen that actually gets used.
We made coffee most mornings, dining area meant we ate in more than we expected to, and small things like the ironing setup and parquet flooring just add up to a place that feels cared for rather than thrown together. Smart TV for the evenings, lift access appreciated with luggage.
Neighborhood near Donaukanal and Augarten still has that relaxed local feel. Taborstraße and Praterstern close by so the rest of Vienna is never far. Prater, Kunst Haus Wien, good cafés nearby, city center easy to reach.
Came back once already and June just gave us another reason to do it again.

Coming from Sweden, we did not need anything fancy, just somewhere clean and easy, and this apartment gave us exactly that. Check-in was smooth from the start, instructions were clear beforehand so there was no confusion on arrival. Bright, well arranged, a proper bedroom and living space, everything felt looked after from the moment we walked in.
Kitchen was simple but useful, coffee in the mornings before heading out. Smart TV in the evenings, heating that worked, lift access which is a small thing but appreciated after a long day.
Leopoldstadt felt calm and a bit more local than the center, close to Donaukanal and Augarten, and still an easy metro ride from anywhere we wanted to be.
Straightforward, comfortable, easy check-in, no complaints. We would come back.
