When you’re ready for a break from the theme parks, there’s plenty to enjoy inside the condo.
Five TVs are equipped with Roku, allowing you to watch live programming through the Roku Channel Guide or log into your personal Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming accounts.
The family room also features a 3-in-1 game table. Use it as a dining table, flip the top for card games, or remove the top and enjoy a game of bumper pool.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN & LAUNDRY
Save time and money by preparing meals and snacks right in the condo. The kitchen includes full-size appliances, a microwave, 12-cup drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
A washer and dryer are also provided inside the unit, along with linens and bath towels.

• 2 small bar soaps per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom

• Laundry detergent for 1 load
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 small bottle of dish detergent
• 2 trash bags per container
Once the starter supplies are used, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
AIR CONDITIONING: The thermostat cannot be set below 72°F. Setting the AC below 72°F may cause the system to freeze and stop working.
SECURITY: An active Ring Video Doorbell is located at the front door of the property and records activity at the entrance.

During our recent three-day stay at this property, our party of 9 (5 kids ages 9-14 and 4 adults) found the location to be convenient and close to major attractions like Disney World, Universal Studios, and shops. However, we were disappointed with the overall experience due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Stained and hair-covered towels and sheets were immediately noticeable upon arrival, and the comforters were dirty as well, so we couldn't use them. Despite this, the mattresses were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious.
Although the point of contact was responsive and understanding, there was little she could do to remedy the situation. While the laundry room was a lifesaver, the cleaning required caused us to sleep very late on the first night. To make matters worse, the rollout bed provided was in such poor condition that we decided not to use it at all.
The price of the property was reasonable, but the lack of cleanliness and upkeep made for an unpleasant experience. One suggestion for improvement would be to ensure an adequate supply of cleaning supplies, such as laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and paper towel, to make guests' stays more comfortable and manageable. However, based on our experience, unfortunately we would not choose to stay at this property again.
