It was one of my best stay so far

Property was very clean and spacious had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool nice big pool we all felt right at home, and the host was fantastic we will book again 👍🏾

Stressful & Very Disappointing. I don't advise to trust them

Communication prior to arrival seemed great. Access to the property went without a hitch. Did actually reply to my messages when I said there was an issue. Messages were polite & professional.

We had booked a 4 bedroom villa in Orlando. Photos looked nice. We arrived to a 3 bedroom flat/apartment that had seen much better days. Bedding was stained, sofa bed had food all down the sides, dead cockroach in the bathroom, stained tablecloth & towels. Even my husband commented it felt old & smelly. When I challenged the owner they admitted they knew it didn't meet our booking but they had no other accommodation to offer us! No communication before hand, they didn't message to cancel us which I would have preferred, just thought they might "get away with it" is how it felt. We spent a couple of hours finding suitable alternative accommodation late at night (which as it happens was more up to the standard we expect from Orlando). Luckily our kids are teenagers & could cope with an 11pm move. Not impressed. Their photos on their listing are generic so beware.
