The apartment was exactly as described and worked really well for our group of 6 adults. Lots of space, very clean, and the location was convenient — about 15-20 minutes drive to the Disney parks. Check-in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow. My only suggestion for WVH: please add a contact phone number on the sticker at the front door. We had an issue where the door code malfunctioned and my phone was inside, so we couldn’t get in or access the reservation info. The front desk couldn’t help since they don’t manage WVH properties. It took about 30 minutes to find a contact number online. WVH was helpful once we reached them, but maintenance took over 3 hours to arrive. Luckily, we were able to got in through an open second-floor balcony door before maintenance arrived. In the end, the handyman said the door lock was functioning normally. Other than that, we had a good stay. If they add that phone number and sort the lock reliability, this place would be perfect for groups.

I highly recommend this property if you’re planning to visit Orlando, FL. Our 4th visit to Orlando, but first time not staying in a hotel and the best decision we made. If you want to stay close to Disney, this place will give you all the relaxation and convenience you need. 10 min drive to Magic Kingdom parking, 30 min drive from MCO airport, lots of restaurants around, fast food, shops like Target, walmart…. while the house is secluded in a quit area. You will have your own free parking spot. The property is well maintained, nice pool area, the house is very clean, modern styles and comfortable. We were family of 5 with two teens and one young child, and the place can’t be any nicer just to unwind after a long day of Disney park ‘madness’. The property management is vey helpful, they will keep in touch with you via email and text for whatever questions or need you may have. I want to give shout out to all the wonder vacation team for their outstanding service especially Bruno who kept in touch with us to make sure that we settled down well to enjoy our vacation. Thank you all!
