Situated in Southern Pines, this lovely condo for $99 per night is a great option for your next trip. Upgraded condo and premier location make this the best choice! This condo has great privacy being at the far end of the development and on the end. Upgrades include plantation shutters throughout, Brazilian cherry hardwood flooring, granite counters, all new windows, stainless steel appliances. All one level living include open kitchen to living room with cathedral ceilings, new windows, fireplace. Spacious master with jacuzzi tub, shower. Guest bedroom with private bathroom. Private brick patio in the back of unit with great golf front views. Has washer and dryer. Condo does require steps to access front door. Parking is first come, first serve. Kitchen includes K-Cup Machine Primary Bedroom - 1 King bed Bedroom 2 - 2 Full beds Below is Booking information only for the 2024 Open. 2024 US Open 7 Night Minimum Reservation $5,500++ Payment Schedule 100% of rental amount due at time of booking (non-refundable) 10% Security Deposit at time of booking (refundable)

A nice, well equipped open concept condo in a nice, central location right on the Longleaf golf course. A few minor quibbles, no sweeping broom, broken glass door on fireplace, door lock mechanism was iffy near the end, no recycling information. Staff were pleasant deal with.

This condo was fantastic. It was clean, beautiful, and had everything you could need for a week stay. My only issue was the lack of communication with the rental company. I received an email to download an app during stay, but the app info such as TV and wifi was not correct. I had to look back at a different email to find this information. Additionally, I reached out to the company through email as well as the app about the back door code with no response.

Booked 52 Longleaf for a long weekend with my son for the US Kids Golf Camp, which is held at Longleaf Golf Club. This unit is literally a stones throw away from the parking lot (and even has a connecting bridge to that parking lot). It had everything we needed for a typical weekend of golf and I would return. It's also convenient to other courses in the area and not just Longleaf.

Great location, clean property. A few challenges: 1) the bed in the first bedroom squeeks terribly. If you move in your sleep, it wakes you up. 2) The notification says that the TV runs on Hulu. It does not -- it runs on Spectrum (there should be a booklet that tells you how to operate the TV). 3) There should be instructions on how to open the front door, in advance. Just providing the code doesn't tell you that you need to hit other buttons before you enter the code.

Great Condo
Awesome place. Clean and quiet.
The photos don’t show the front stairs…I rented this for my elderly parent and would not have picked it with the 6 steps to get to the front door…the shot of the back door was ground level which makes it feel like a ground level entrance when it wasn’t. Could also use a coffee pot for those who don’t do k-cups…othe than that…great condo!

Right in the course, this condo is a very nice bright clean end unit of a small condo community right on Longleaf Golf Course. It was perfect for my husband and I visiting family in the area. We would rent it again!
