Overall content with the stay but there were a couple areas for improvement. The check in code I was given was wrong and so was the wifi password. I was worried because it was a holiday weekend and no one answered the primary and secondary contact numbers BUT they were generous enough to give four points of contact so it didn’t take too long to get settled in. The owner/manager who ultimately did answer the phone was very helpful. Another issue I did have was in the bedrooms. There were a couple of light bulbs that were out, and one of the beds had sand in it, which unfortunately made me wonder how thorough the cleanings truly are for the overall property. No noticeable issues with the cleanliness of the rest of the property though. It truly was a nice stay for my quick weekend visit. As for positives, I will say the home is lovely, in a great location, and stocked with plenty of essential items (dishes, toaster, iron, etc) that make you feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, and the decor is just right. With simple fixes to the issues mentioned above, the property could easily be a consistent choice for me every time I visit.
